The torrential rain continues.

As the Time of Troubles drew near, even the climate in various places worsened considerably. Storms had raged for days in the Overseas Islands, and now the Land of Ice and Snow seemed to be in the same boat, unlikely to stop for another day or two. Soren walked forward in the torrential rain, accompanied by deafening roars, a bolt of lightning flashing across the sky. He leaped onto a rooftop, then his figure swept across the night sky, his toes lightly touching the rooftops to cover more than ten meters, as if he were a top-tier master of lightness skill.

Snap!

Soren's figure landed atop a clock tower. He looked up at the dark sky, where streaks of lightning flashed across the storm.

Clang clang.

The clear sound echoed in all directions. He sat high up, gazing at the Imperial Palace in Arendelle, and then gradually fell into deep thought. Soren was a man who valued promises, but it was indeed not appropriate for him to meet Princess Anna in reality, not only because the timing was wrong, but also because he could not afford to have too many entanglements at the moment.

Soren is in danger.

People associated with him will also be in danger!

If the Princess hadn't disappeared, even the descent of Avatar in the Avatar of Deity might not have been a threat to her. But now that the Princess has mysteriously disappeared, if people find out about the relationship between Soren and Princess Anna, especially given the possibility that Soren might go to war with the Church of Deity in the near future, the threat to Princess Anna due to her close relationship with him will increase dramatically.

She is not Goria.

Goria is a powerful Northern Witch, Spellcaster on the verge of advancing to the Legendary Domain.

Princess Anna was just an ordinary person.

Even though she was the heir to Arendelle, a position equivalent to that of an Queen, her own strength was still too weak.

Soren cannot show himself.

He might not even be able to see her again!

Soren's plan has progressed into the realm of the Deity, and it's best not to let the outside world know that his relationship with Princess Anna is too close. He doesn't believe the Princess would perish like this; perhaps only when the Princess returns and Princess Anna's safety is guaranteed can Soren feel at ease not to involve her in a battle at the level of the Deity.

He is a very cautious person.

Soren has always been very clear about what he will face in the future!

Thump.

He stood atop the clock tower, took one last look at the Imperial Palace in Arendelle, and then vanished into the night.

Let it all end quietly.

She might be able to guess who did all this, but these things absolutely cannot be brought to the forefront.

Inside the hotel room.

Soren unfurled a scroll containing extensive information about the Viking Pirate and Prince Hans, who was blockading the port of Arendelle. He was the heir to a Southern Island Nation, a coastal country to the southwest, less wealthy and powerful than Arendelle, but still comparable to a small duchy. Soren then laid out a rough map of the continent, first drawing a circle around Arendelle with a quill pen, then circling the Port Tyler on the South Coast.

Overseas Islands, Port Tyler, Serpent Island, Sunken Ship Overseas.

Soren connected these four locations with a line, and then he drew the Deepwater Harbor of the North. The North is actually in the northwest of the continent, with the Land of Ice and Snow being the true north. The West Coast is the duchy where the rebellion occurred, so this route is not of much value because it belongs to the Dark Tide Merfolk, and the pirate force is mainly concentrated in the northwest.

Soren used a line to connect the Sunken Ship Overseas to the Deepwater Harbor in the North, and then from the North south to the Southern Island Nation.

The Southern Island Nation are gradually moving closer to Antarctica.

Although the Material Plane is not a planet-like world, the coordinates of the North and South Poles are somewhat similar. They are both extremely cold regions.

The Southern Island Nation is somewhat like Overseas Islands, but more like the Indonesian region on Earth.

This is similar to small landmass countries near the Pacific Ocean. This area was once part of a continent, but later shifted due to massive destruction. Continuing south from the Southern Isles, there lies a vast, cold land that was once a large continent. Now it is covered by azure ice. There aren't many living people on this land, but there are quite a few living Undead, intelligent species with azure light in their pupils, resembling Undead creatures but living in a different way.

They were the product of the terrible catastrophe that occurred when the Arcane Empire Destruction.

Soren had never been to the area near the poles, but he had read about them.

"Shipwreck Bay, Deepwater Harbor, Southern Island Nation."

Soren picked up his pen and drew a line, then drew a line from the Southern Island Nation, along the West Coast, all the way to Arendelle.

A cold glint flashed in his eyes as he said in a deep voice, "Supplies are sufficient. We can obtain replenishment from the Deepwater Harbor through Goria's permission, and then launch a direct attack on the Southern Island Nation from the West Coast!"

Soren is definitely not a man who shows mercy.

Since Prince Hans of the Southern Island Nation dared to attack Arendelle, he must pay a heavy price!

Soren gazed at the map before him.

Finally, he drew an X near the capital of the Southern Island Nation, followed by a Skeleton with crossed swords.

A transoceanic expedition!

The main force of the Southern Island Nation blockaded the port of Arendelle, Soren did not believe that the Southern Island Nation still had a sufficient naval fleet.

Rescuing Arendelle from the South Coast is simply too far.

It was almost equivalent to crossing a continent, but the attack on the Southern Island Nation from the Shipwreck Bay was within the scope of Soren's expedition.

It's time for a battle!

Incidentally, this expedition also allowed them to bring the North Coast of the North into their own territory.

Soren stood there in deep thought for a long time before finally putting away the map and turning to walk outside. He was currently in Arendelle, and to mobilize the fleet on the South Coast, he needed to utilize the methods of Wizard. He himself had not yet mastered Message, so he would need to rely on the power of the Northern Witch. There were still three days before the full-scale operation, giving him ample time to prepare.

Three days passed quickly.

Inside the main hall of Serpent Island, all of Soren's pirate captains were gathered.

"This is the order that Your Excellency has relayed."

The Red-Haired Female Pirate Adele Isabella glanced at the others, then took out a sealed file and said in a deep voice, "The Northern Witches Council is responsible for relaying this message! There shouldn't be any mistakes!"

The Half-Elf first mate was also among them.

However, he is now the Boss of the Eastern Route, commanding hundreds of Warship. Soren's reliance on and promotion of him has effectively made him the second-in-command of the pirate group.

Of course, this is without considering Young Miss Vivian and the Northern Witch Goria.

These two had no interest in the power struggles within the pirate community; their focus was entirely on the Overseas Islands, though their status remained remarkably above that of the elite.

After all, both of them are powerful Spellcaster!

"What order!?"

The Half-Elf first mate took the file directly and then broke the seal on it. His actions unintentionally displeased the Red-Haired Female Pirate, but she forcibly Endurance. The Half-Elf first mate had repeatedly rendered meritorious service, and his prestige within the pirates was clearly higher than hers. This behavior did not displease the others present, but it made the Red-Haired Female Pirate, who had once been the second-in-command, very uncomfortable.

"Huh?"

The Half-Elf first mate glanced at the map quickly, then a look of excitement and Blood Frenzy spread across his face. He said in a deep voice, "Your Excellency commands us to attack the Southern Island Nation!..."

He handed the file to the others, and soon all the pirate leaders present had read it.

The command is simple.

The order is to mobilize fleets from Port Tyler, Serpent Island, and Shipwreck Bay to attack the Southern Island Nation. The plan is to reach the Deepwater Harbor via the West Coast route, obtain supplies from the Witches' Council, then cut off the Southern Island Nation's shipping routes and plunder and harass Southern Island Nation coastal cities. The order specifically designates the Half-Elf first mate, the Dragonhead Warship, to attack the Southern Island Nation's capital, but this is not a genuine attack; it's merely a feint to create a sense of threat. The key objective is to seize the opportunity to annex the West Coast, forcing Prince Hans to withdraw his troops from Arendelle.

"Your Excellency has issued the Pirate King's summons!"

The Red-Haired Female Pirate glanced at the others and said in a deep voice, "All pirates within the South Coast can operate together. The spoils of their plunder do not need to be paid as tribute; they can all be kept as their private spoils."

The South Coast has the most pirates.

Due to the natural routes, pirate groups were most active along the South Coast (Eastern Route, overseas routes).

These pirates were not all under Soren's command. Soren, as the Pirate King, was only the largest pirate group. Besides him, there were many other pirate groups of varying sizes along the South Coast. These pirates were essentially making a living on Soren's territory. They couldn't just plunder merchant ships at will, and they had to give a portion of what they robbed as tribute.

Generally, this ratio is around 30% to 70%, with 30% of the spoils needing to be offered as tribute.

Many pirates on the South Coast have now switched to being part-time merchants, but they still engage in clandestine battles just as often, since robbery is much more lucrative than the hard work of trading.

Soren issued the conscription order.

It's tantamount to ordering other pirate groups to fight in the name of the Pirate King.

All the spoils belonged to them personally, but the pretext for the plunder was the name of Soren. If the Southern Island Nation wanted revenge in the future, it would have no choice but to go to war with Soren.

There was absolutely no way they would retaliate against the small groups of pirates who had accompanied them in the battle.

This was essentially a legitimate opportunity for robbery; they were responding to the Pirate King's call without bearing the consequences of plundering, or rather, Soren bore the brunt of those consequences (retaliation, extermination, Pirate Code, etc.).

(P. S.: Only two updates today.) (To be continued~^~)
