Adele's New Identity
Three days have passed since the battle in the Darktide Strait.
After defeating the navy of the Southern Island Nation, Soren naturally took control of the shipping route from the West Coast to Arendelle. Unfortunately, some enemies escaped, especially Prince Hans of the Southern Island Nation. Soren hadn't seen him at all since the start of the battle, presumably fleeing with Spell as soon as things went wrong. This left Soren feeling regretful but also somewhat helpless, as Prince Hans was undoubtedly accompanied by a high-level Spellcaster.
Once a mage reaches a higher rank, the difficulty of killing them increases dramatically.
These three days.
Soren reorganized his pirate leaders. The Half-Elf first mate continued to manage the Eastern Route, while the overseas routes were handed over to the steady and reliable knight and butler. Both pirate Boss were descendants of nobles, and the infighting among nobles in the continental duchy was fierce. They were the losers in their noble families, practically exiled. When noble families fall into ruin, they are very likely to lead their knights into piracy. These two were newly rising pirate Boss.
Compared to others, these two pirate leaders were more educated, and their aristocratic political skills were advantageous in dealing with the Port Tyler and the Sunken Ship Overseas.
The West Coast shipping routes were managed by One-Eyed, whose ruthlessness intimidated the others.
As for Adele Elizabeth, the Red-Haired Female Pirate most yearned for recognition and wanted to be on equal footing with the Half-Elf first mate again, she was a little disappointed recently. Although Lord Soren had put her in charge of the North Coast shipping route, he had also sent two other pirate captains.
They are a valiant and skilled Giant (with some Giant Bloodline), and a cruel and bloodthirsty Scarface.
Although Soren defeated the navy of the Southern Island Nation on the North Coast, that area was, after all, the territory of the Viking Pirate. These Viking Pirate, who lived in Iceland, were extremely fierce. Naturally, the men Soren sent were also the kind who were skilled in battle and bloodthirsty.
Clang clang.
There was a knock on the door.
Soren looked up from his seat and said, "Come in."
"Your Excellency," the Red-Haired Female Pirate entered, bowing her head, "What brings you here?"
Soren looked her up and down.
Despite spending most of her time at sea, the Red-Haired Female Pirate still possessed fair skin and a tall, slender, and well-proportioned figure, making her a first-rate beauty from any angle. More importantly, due to her upbringing, she carried a touch of aristocratic elegance, which was quite important to Soren, as the Red-Haired Female Pirate was a crucial pawn in his upcoming plans.
There's a piece of clothing over there.
Soren glanced at them a few times, then pointed to the side and said, "Change into these clothes and let me see."
Upon hearing this, the Red-Haired Female Pirate blushed slightly, but still obediently prepared to change her clothes. She was given a long, lace-trimmed noblewoman's dress, with exquisitely beautiful sleeves and a pair of pristine white Silk gloves. The Red-Haired Female Pirate rarely wore such clothes. So, after hesitating for a moment, she awkwardly changed in front of Soren. Whatever this gentleman wanted, she had no right to refuse, and besides, she might not truly want to refuse him.
Unfortunately, Soren had no other ideas.
While the Red-Haired Female Pirate changed her clothes, he lowered his head again and picked up his quill pen to write a letter. Only after the Red-Haired Female Pirate finished changing and walked over did he look up, a slight smile appearing on his face, and nodded, saying, "Not bad! Very beautiful!"
After changing her outfit, Adele Isabella looked like a beautiful noblewoman.
Her originally sharp aura softened by her attire, and coupled with her aristocratic upbringing, she looked every bit the part of a noblewoman.
"I have a task for you to handle."
Soren glanced at her briefly, then his expression turned serious. He stared at the Red-Haired Female Pirate before him and said in a deep voice, "The Viking Pirate on the North Coast will naturally be dealt with by others. Although you are in charge of managing the route to Arendelle, I have more important things to teach you."
"This is a letter addressed to Princess Arendelle Anna."
"Take this letter to her, and she will allow you to remain in the Imperial Palace as a lady-in-waiting and bestow upon you a title."
"Once you get there, your first task is to learn court etiquette and fully master the aristocratic system. Then, I need you to find a way to contact the nobles on the South Coast, preferably your mother's branch of the nobility. Your new identity will be recognized by Princess Anna, the heir to Arendelle. In that case, practically no one else will doubt you. Your task is to befriend them and find a way to gain their support and trust."
Foreign monks are better at chanting scriptures.
Soren's original plan was to support the Red-Haired Female Pirate Adele Isabella himself, and then find a way to establish a foothold among the nobles on the South Coast.
But now that he has Arendelle as his backer, he has an easier way to give Adele Elizabeth a new identity.
Isabella's descendants who have been separated from their families and lived overseas!
With the recognition and support of Princess Anna, the heir to Arendelle, her new identity was practically a done deal, Isabella to easily dispel the doubts of other nobles. Adele are such a group; anything associated with royalty easily gains their favor. In Soren's plan, the Red-Haired Female Pirate would become Princess Anna's close friend and confidante, accompanying her as a court lady on several occasions.
Once his status as a descendant of nobles is recognized, Soren's next steps will be much easier.
Slap slap
Soren clapped his hands lightly, and then two or three beautiful maids and a middle-aged man who was clearly dressed as a nobleman's butler appeared.
He glanced at Adele Isabella and said slowly, "They will be your servants under your new identity. Tomorrow you will travel to Arendelle on a merchant ship from Shipwreck Bay. Once there, someone will meet you and arrange your affairs. Your task is to travel around Arendelle, assume a new identity, and return to the South Coast."
"I will allocate an additional 100,000 Gold Daler for you to manage!"
"The specific tasks are here; I will explain them to you later through other means."
Soren handed over two letters, which the Red-Haired Female Pirate took, nodding solemnly. "I will absolutely not let you down again," she said.
Even if he's an idiot.
At this moment, one can sense that Soren's plans are quite ambitious. It seems that Headhunter is preparing to extend his reach to the land on the South Coast, and what he intends to achieve is probably not simple.
No matter how vast the ocean may be, it is still just a rootless duckweed.
Although it established a foothold in the Overseas Islands and the Port Nyanzaru gradually grew stronger, it was still too far removed from human civilization.
Many things need to be supplied by the mainland, and from any perspective, the kingdoms on the South Coast are places that Soren needs to enter; otherwise, his dependence on the Port Tyler would be too strong.
A pirate naturally cannot openly extend his reach onto land, as doing so would attract too much attention.
Soren's plan is complex.
The Red-Haired Female Pirate identity is just the beginning; more preparations are needed to achieve his goals.
The day passed quickly.
Adele Isabella embarked on her journey to Arendelle, where her stern-faced middle-aged butler patiently recounted the matters of aristocracy, which she listened to attentively. This was a task that would demand a great deal of acting skill, and women are naturally adept at acting, so she was confident in this mission.
The journey was peaceful.
With Adele Isabella's arrival in Arendelle, the team tasked with receiving her was fully in place.
"Ms. Isabella."
A discreet yet luxurious carriage pulled up at the port, and then, while trying to remain inconspicuous but still attracting the attention of those who were interested, carried her into the noble quarter of Arendelle.
The carriage finally stopped in front of a magnificent noble mansion.
A row of servants were already waiting at the door, welcoming their new mistress, though none of them had seen her before.
This is just one of her businesses!
Adele Isabella is now a noble, wealthy, young, and beautiful aristocratic lady. In the past few days, she not only bought one of the most prestigious mansions in the aristocratic district, but also directly purchased three prime locations of shops near Arendelle Harbor. It is said that she runs her own trading Chamber of Commerce on the South Coast and plans to extend her business from the South all the way to Arendelle.
This wealthy and beautiful noblewoman naturally attracted a lot of attention from those who were interested.
However, she usually seemed to keep a low profile, declining all visits from other nobles in Arendelle. Occasionally, some with ill intentions would try to probe the background of this young, beautiful, and quite wealthy noblewoman, but they all suffered severe setbacks, only then realizing that this lady's identity was not so simple.
She is not someone to be trifled with; a woman who can expand her business from the south all the way to the North is certainly no ordinary person!
but.
The nobles of Arendelle first truly realized her extraordinary nature at a banquet in the Imperial Palace.
This was a dinner party hosted by Princess Anna.
This mysterious, wealthy, and beautiful noblewoman, who is said to be a direct descendant of Queen Isabella, accompanied Princess Anna directly and sat to the left of Her Majesty after the banquet began.
