Soren's expression changed drastically. He scooped up the Loli Dragon beside him and activated his Haste, disappearing from the Underdark like a blur. As one of the few top-tier Rogue in the Underdark who had witnessed the Spider Queen's true form, Soren had accepted numerous quests while infiltrating the Drow. Perhaps due to the high reputation he had accumulated from these quests, Soren's name gradually reached the ears of the Spider Queen, leading her to be forced to accept a ridiculously difficult mission.

"That... that's the Spider Queen?...?"

The Loli Dragon's expression was also somewhat panicked. As Dragon, she had easily slept her way to the Legendary Domain, but what had just happened completely shattered her past confidence. Compared to a terrifying being like the Spider Queen, the Legendary is nothing more than a speck of dust.

There are many accounts of the fall of the Arcane Empire, but a persistent Intrigue theory suggests that its demise was due to its threat to the Arcane Empire of the Deity. The Archmage were said to be too powerful, their research extending into the realm of the Deity, which led to their sudden and swift downfall. During the Arcane Empire's reign, its influence extended throughout the Multiverse, and its Legendary Professional were conservatively estimated to number in the millions. Intrigue theorists argue that no one but the Deity could have wiped out so many Legendary Professional in one fell swoop.

Soren is gradually exploring a realm that is beyond the imagination of ordinary people.

Deity are invincible, at least not by mortals, because this is the rule set by the Deity. Throughout history, the fall and succession of Deity have always been due to internal struggles; there are very few examples of mortals killing gods.

If it weren't for the Time of Troubles, even a Deity with Quasi-Divinity could have wiped out a group of Legendary Professional.

Just as the Spider Queen's figure disappeared, a blurry, distorted shadow also quietly retreated.

He stared at the Loli Dragon before him, his expression serious. "Things are a bit beyond our expectations! If even the Spider Queen has shown herself, then we probably can't stay in the Underdark anytime soon."

The Time of Troubles.

To carry out a god-slaying act before the Time of Troubles even begins is a provocative act that will undoubtedly ignite the wrath of the Spider Queen. Unfortunately, they chose the wrong target, selecting the Spider Queen, who was already Greater Divinity and wielded too many Portfolio and domains. It's unclear why they wanted to kill Spider Queen. However, Soren wasn't surprised, as the Spider Queen was notorious for attracting attention; she already had countless enemies.

Even before the War of the Spider Queen broke out, when she was at the [Medium Divinity] level, the Spider Queen [Lolth] was already single-handedly fighting against the entire Elven Pantheon pantheon.

If the Spider Queen hadn't been so incredibly powerful, Soren wouldn't have turned and run away the moment he saw her.

As for why someone would think of assassinating her, Soren didn't quite understand. In his memory, there seemed to be only a very few people who would take such a risk and harbor such hostility towards the Spider Queen.

For example, Godsmen Church, an exploration organization in the Astral Plane, or some powerful force he doesn't even know about.

(Note: Before the establishment of the Drow Pantheon, the Spider Queen mostly fought against the Elf Elven Pantheon alone. However, as a goddess skilled in Intrigue, she would also seek out powerful allies.)

Since advancing to Greater Divinity War of the Spider Queen, the Spider Queen Lolth has been coveting other powerful Portfolio or corresponding Domain.
