Slayer Shape
--"Hell's Symphony."
As the Bard moved, the sound of the Magic Flute suddenly began to resemble a funeral dirge. He moved and played the Magic Flute in one hand, while using the other to wield Longsword and Parry the Paladin ' attacks. At the same time, as he moved, his toes would occasionally tap the ground, leaving faint, barely perceptible dents. The Bard's movements were so light that at times it gave the illusion of Waltz, as if he weren't even fighting.
"The combat techniques of Sword Dancer."
"And the Jester Dancer's Dodge skills. He also seems to have mastered some of the techniques of Master of Performance."
Just how many different professions does this guy have Feat in?
"He's absolutely Hell Poet!"
Soren's expression grew increasingly serious, for in just a short while, he had witnessed the combat abilities of at least three other advanced classes in the Bard. He had no doubt that the Bard could instantly produce another weapon and unleash Two-Weapon Fighting technique, instantly executing a sword Sword Momentum: Whirlwind Dance. Only the Hell Poet could elevate such a versatile class as the Bard to this level, given that this fellow had lived for many years.
"If it really is the Hell Poet! Then the situation is not good!"
Soren cautiously sought an opportunity. He knew quite a bit about the Hell Poet, but the name still resonated deeply, for the Hell Poet was one of the few beings who simultaneously possessed Legendary Combat abilities, Legendary Stealth abilities, and Legendary spellcasting abilities. For a Bard to be so powerful as to use Magic Flute in conjunction with Epic Spell was enough to make many mages weep in despair; this guy was as if he were a chosen Plane with a cheat code.
Most Bard possess only second-rate combat skills, second-rate Stealth abilities, and third-rate spellcasting abilities.
However, the leaping steps of the Hell Poet before him gave Soren a strong sense of crisis.
Squeak!
The music playing the Magic Flute suddenly stopped. The Hell Poet smiled, sheathed his Longsword with a backhand motion, and then gently pointed his fingertips forward.
--"Hell's Symphony - Part Four - The Thirst for Slaughter!"
--"Gate [Epic Spell]!"
Initially, some inconspicuous Spell Aura appeared on the crater left by the Hell Poet's movement. They quickly formed a simple Nine-Pointed Star Magic Circle, and the moment the eerie mournful music stopped, a Gate rapidly formed in mid-air. The next second, a terrifying growl emanated from it. A Greater Demon with a hideous face emerged from the Portal.
but.
The Demon's first target after its appearance was not anyone else, but rather the Hell Poet had completed the summoning ritual.
"Protection from Evil!"
A simple Spell Aura flashed into existence. The Hell Poet frowned slightly and muttered, "Demon really are all brainless creatures."
Summon Demon can easily backfire.
However, adding a ' Protection from Evil ' spell can solve the problem, at least making them turn their attention to attacking others.
Really!
As the Hell Poet infused Paladin Spell, the summoned Demon immediately turned and charged at the paladin. Its massive body was covered with numerous sharp, segmented limbs, gleaming like blades. The Demon's form was unpredictable; even they themselves could hardly foresee what they would become, as Demon possessed a high degree of mutability. If they so desired, they could even remain in the form of an [Abyssal Worm], advancing to the Legendary Domain through battle Slaughter.
However, back then, Legendary- level Abyssal Worm was probably as big as a Dragon, and their combat abilities were not much different!
In theory, Lemure can control their form all the way up to the Legendary Domain.
If I don't get killed!
The summoned creature before me could be called an ' Xenomorph Demon,' Demon failed attempt to advance to the Legendary Domain. A successful advance would result in a [Balor], or at least a [Six-Armed Marilith]. Even with the worst luck, it could retain forms like [Glabrezu], [Vrock], or [Glbrezu]. At least once its strength reaches the Legendary Domain, it won't look completely grotesque. The basic differences in Demon forms will still be present, making it a successful attempt at advancement.
However, if it looks strange or becomes like an alien monster, then it's a failed mutation. (Note: The Demon Prince is an example of a defective product—the kind that looks bizarre.)
Failure doesn't mean you're weak!
In fact, the failed attempts are stronger in combat. The Xenomorph Demon are more powerful than ordinary Balor. Their only weakness is that they are not very intelligent. Their souls are chaotic, and their thoughts are completely controlled by their Thirst for Slaughter. They are the 'madmen' among Demon.
Even Demon think they're crazy!
You can imagine just how awkward the status of these ' Xenomorph Demon ' really is.
but.
They are also the Demon most eager to respond to the call to Slaughter. These monsters crave blood and death, and given the chance to be summoned to other Plane outside the Abyss, they always respond to Spell in droves. So theoretically, as long as these 'madmen' in the Abyss still exist, there is no need to worry about Epic Spell failing to summon powerful Demon.
Xenomorph Demon [Legendary Creature]!
A monster over three meters tall and weighing over 8,000 pounds, resembling something like Void Terror or an Alien Insect Broodmother. It possesses numerous bizarre arthropod joints, failed attempts at Demon advancement and mutation, and may even contain body parts resembling those of other Demon. This monster is essentially mindless, driven only by primal chaos and Instinct of Slaughter. However, this doesn't mean it's easy to defeat, as the Xenomorph Demon's strength, Constitution, and agility are all increased from a base of 25 points.
"Xenomorph Demon [Greater Demon][Large Outsider][Large Chaotic Evil Creature] (Tier 5)."
"Challenge Rating 18+, CR 21+, possesses Spell-like Ability."
"Highest attribute: 35 points, lowest attribute: 3 points, total attribute value: 100-125 points."
"Special Feat: Chaotic Will, Combat Instinct, Thirst for Slaughter, Greater Demon Traits, Bite Attack, Frenzied Attack."
Difficulty level: S+.
Greater Demon a difficulty level of S+.
Although they are inferior in Hit Points form to the formidable Balor Balor, they are not much weaker than Balor in actual combat.
Oh, right!
Although Soren was reluctant to admit it, the hideous and terrifying monster before him was actually the original form of the [Slayer Shape].
They were called by the Demon -- [Slayer]!
A terrifying monster completely dominated by chaos and filled with Thirst for Slaughter!
hehe.
Isn't that a bit ironic?
In fact, Soren had long anticipated that one day he would probably encounter a true Slayer.
The appearance of the Xenomorph Demon instantly changed the course of the battle.
This terrifying monster rampages with its massive body, weighing over 8,000 pounds. Its body is its most dangerous weapon; its various horrifying spiked limbs can easily slice through steel armor. Its ferocious maw can crush anything in the blink of an eye, even iron blocks can be crunched into pieces and swallowed whole.
In theory, they can eat anything, and everything can be digested by the terrible stomach acid!
Their skin is tougher than Dragon Hide and has extremely strong physical resistance. Most control abilities are completely ineffective against them, and their Chaotic Will makes them immune to any mind Control Spell.
Because they're already chaotic enough!
These creatures, so chaotic to the extreme, are difficult even for Demon Lord to control; once summoned, they are left to run rampant.
"Ah!!!"
A piercing scream rang out.
The Xenomorph Demon operated entirely on its Combat Instinct. In just one round, it paid the price of losing an arm to bite off the lower half of a Paladin's body.
The Demon's blood dripped onto the ground.
A wisp of blue smoke quickly rose from the ground, and then small pits could be seen corroded where the blood had fallen.
[The Slayer] Prototype!
Now that this thing has been summoned, the Paladin's situation is not good.
