Lizardfolk were among the most troublesome creatures in the swamps. Their tribes were numerous; although individually weaker than Gnolls, with only the basic CR 2, they outnumbered Gnolls by more than tenfold. Even a small Lizardfolk tribe numbered one or two hundred, and whenever they fought, they fielded dozens or hundreds of warriors. Most Adventurers would not provoke them. Human villages in the wilderness had at least several hundred residents, and these Lizardfolk likewise numbered in the hundreds. Yet there were few warriors among humans, while more than fifty percent of Lizardfolk were warriors, and they also had many archers. Individual bravery could not solve a problem like this. At the very least, nobody present had a class level
