Background

Tang Bohu entered the Immortal Palace territory alongside his friend Zhu Zhishan when it descended upon their world. Crossing into it unexpectedly sent him to another world. Initially pleased to be away from his mother and eight wives, he spent several carefree years there before loneliness and homesickness drove him to seek a route home. 1466

He sought help from rulers, martial artists, and scientists across numerous countries. His discussions with several kings escalated into conflict, but his martial strength usually forced them to yield; some later issued warrants for him. None of these efforts uncovered a way back, and he eventually spent a period indulging himself in red-light districts. 1466

Before the main tournament arc, Tang Bohu defeated Mr. Satan so decisively that Mr. Satan refused a rematch and bribed him to conceal the defeat.
