Ding Ling escaped the Gods and Buddhas and built the Nine Provinces Divine Sect, training Han Xin, Peng Yue, Zhang Liang, and others as they established and expanded Great Ming. Yi Xiaochuan lost his chance to follow Ding Ling, but reconciled with Xiang Yu and began cultivating after learning that returning to his original world would require overcoming the barriers between worlds and time.

• Ding Ling escaped Guanyin Bodhisattva and the other Gods and Buddhas, then used his private Historical World reward to enter a new world and undertake the Path of the War God missions.
• Ding Ling killed Liu Bang and other men who tried to seize him, then traveled west and met Han Xin, whom he trained in the Sword God Art and Breathing Method.
• Ding Ling recruited Peng Yue and saved Lü Su with Evergreen Immortal Qi, while Yi Xiaochuan repeatedly turned against him and helped Great Qin pursue him.
• Han Xin and Peng Yue defeated Meng Tian’s forces and conquered Tuan Country, which Han Xin ruled as Ding Ling’s follower, while Zhang Liang and Yu Shu received Ding Ling’s instruction.
• Han Xin’s forces expanded into Great Ming across the north and west, then marched through Great Qin’s rebellions and conquered lands overseas as its generals mastered the Battle Immortal Art.
• Xiang Liang and Xiang Zhuang joined Han Xin, while Xiang Yu trained under Ding Ling and led conquests in the south as Great Ming became a worldwide empire.
• Yi Xiaochuan reunited with Gao Yao and Xiao Yue in Xianyang, learned how much the world had changed, and attended Xiao Yue’s wedding to Xiang Yu.
• Xiang Yu taught Yi Xiaochuan a Breathing Method, and Ding Ling’s answer was that Yi Xiaochuan could return to his original world only if he became strong enough to overcome the barriers between worlds and time.

Ding Ling ascended through several worlds, strengthened his followers, and brought Buddhist sects under the Nine Provinces Divine Sect. After entering the Spirit Void Blessed Grotto, he crossed from its Underworld into a cursed world through Lu Wenli’s body and began destroying the Azure Dragon Society, leaving Madam Bai confronting him.

• Ding Ling ascended from Earth with his companions, returned Han Xin and the others to Earth after training them in the Fist Imprint, and later visited the worlds of The Smiling, Proud Wanderer and Return of the Condor Heroes.
• Ding Ling killed Linghu Geng, took in Gongsun Ningbing, and left the Return of the Condor Heroes world after Guo Jing abdicated and Ding Ling killed Guo Fu and Linghu Chong when they blocked his path.
• Ding Ling reunited with Xiao Shanhai and Little Dragon Girl in the Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils world, guided their cultivation, and ascended with them before visiting Nüba in the Wind and Cloud world.
• Ding Ling joined Zhang Fei in the Painting Wall world, destroyed the Mingwang Buddhist Sect’s forces, took control of Buddhist sects, and made the Bodhi Buddhist Sect follow the Nine Provinces Divine Sect’s rules.
• Ding Ling and Zhang Fei entered the Spirit Void Blessed Grotto, where Ding Ling mastered the Infinite Mirror Sea World Art and followed Mirror Light Buddha through a mural into the Underworld.
• Ding Ling searched for King Yama, subdued Judge Cui and the Underworld officials, mastered their arts, and followed Li Shimin through the Human Path into Lu Wenli’s body.
• Ding Ling defeated the Hyena Gang, cultivated in Hundred Refinements City, and absorbed Curse Power from Azure Dragon Society members until he reached Half-Step Golden Core.
• Ding Ling headed north to target the other Envoys, but Madam Bai confronted him after realizing he held a secret.

Ding Ling left Hundred Refinements City to gather Curse Sources, becoming a Five-Clawed Golden Dragon and gaining influence in the South Sea Dragon Palace. After exploring its treasury and training its forces, he uncovered Ao Fu’s attacks on the sea clan and took the Blood Demon Banner.

• Ding Ling defeated Madam Bai, drained her cursed power, and learned that she had built Hundred Refinements City in a curse-version Journey to the West world.
• Ding Ling traveled with Madam Bai and Yu Qiang to Three Kings City, defeated its rulers, absorbed their Curse Sources, and freed the human captives.
• Ding Ling crossed the Dragon Gate, gained the Dragon Gate Curse, and helped Jinli transform into a golden Fish Dragon before Ao Qin welcomed him as a fellow Dragon King.
• Ao Qin explained the South Sea’s dangers and appointed Ding Ling Great General, while Ding Ling entered the Dragon Palace treasury and absorbed powerful Desire, Despair, and Fear Curse Sources.
• Ding Ling explored the treasury’s cities and tombs, gaining the Destiny Curse Source, Sin Sequence No. 0, the King Kong Bracelet, and the Spear Curse Source.
• Ding Ling returned to Ao Qin, studied the Dragon Palace Library, developed a Taiji Diagram, and trained sea folk before sending them across several regions to gather intelligence.
• Ding Ling investigated missing teams at the South Sea border, defeated Ao Fu, identified him as the Jiao Demon King, and took the Blood Demon Banner after learning Ao Fu had fed it sea clan members.

Ding Ling fought the Buddhist School and Heavenly Court while gathering allies and absorbing their Curse Sources. After rescuing Jiao Demon King’s people from the Bodhisattvas, he entered Kunpeng Demon Master’s Sea of Suffering and began draining it, leaving Kunpeng badly injured and desperate to stop him.

• Ding Ling reached Chang'an with Jiao Demon King, met Li Shimin, and removed God Descent Curse Sources from officials and members of the imperial family.
• Ding Ling swept through Buddhist temples across Nanzhan Buzhou, killed Ciyun Honored One, and advanced to Martial Immortal while Wu Zetian trained under him.
• Samantabhadra Bodhisattva and Guanyin Bodhisattva pursued Ding Ling, but he escaped their attacks and fled with Wu Zetian and Jiao Demon King to Dongsheng Shenzhou.
• Ding Ling killed Wen Qu Star Lord Dou Rong and Li Jing, absorbed their Curse Sources, and evaded the Heavenly Court’s efforts to find him.
• Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjushri Bodhisattva, and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva massacred most of the North Sea Dragon Clan to lure Ding Ling out, but he instead took Jiao Demon King and another companion to find Macaca King.
• Ding Ling, Wu Zetian, Jiao Demon King, and Macaca King entered Kunpeng Demon Master’s stomach, where Ding Ling resisted the Sea of Suffering and absorbed its Curse Sources.
• Kunpeng Demon Master sent the Death Sea Divine Army against Ding Ling, but the Taiji Ball endured its attacks as Ding Ling drained the Sea of Suffering to one-third and badly injured Kunpeng.
