Background

Yang Qingyun died during a war and was reborn thirty years earlier in Wang Family Village. Wang Zhu had found him collapsed from hunger outside the village and gave him temporary shelter after Yang claimed to remember only his name. 1

In his previous life, Yang Qingyun had been enslaved and abused by the Black Wind Bandits, later escaped the White Feather Sect’s mine, and struggled for decades despite poor aptitude and limited access to cultivation methods.
