The red beams in the Intelligent Robot's pupils swept up and down over Saine for quite some time. Then it stepped out of formation and led Saine toward the rear of the warehouse.

During this period, Saine had encountered quite a few robots produced by the Galente Federation. For example, an Angel-Type Robot currently lay inside his Space Equipment.

No matter how beautiful or lifelike these robots appeared, in Saine's eyes, they were more like "dead objects"—or rather, tools.

The ordinary robot before him had a gray metal exterior. In terms of appearance, it was Inferior To even a single finger of the Female Angel Robot Saine possessed.

Yet strangely, when Saine looked at that Female Angel Robot, he felt that she was a dead object. But when he looked at this ordinary gray robot, he somehow felt that it was "alive."

It was truly a strange sensory experience.

According to the information Saine had obtained from Klopp, the Overlord-level Knight, it seemed that even the upper echelons of the Galente Federation did not know that some of the robots on Cybertron Planet under their control had already "Awakened" intelligence and self-awareness.

Perhaps the Federation scientists at the Laboratory Bases surrounding Cybertron Planet had concealed this information and had yet to report it.

Or perhaps there was some other reason—there was a highly classified secret Federation research facility near Cybertron Planet.

Another hidden objective of Saine's trip was to investigate why Intelligent Robots such as the Decepticons had developed intelligence.

Led by the robot ahead of him, Saine entered an Underground Passage.

The Underground Passage was dim and long.

This Underground Passage was likely not excavated by the Galente Federation military, as its facilities were all extremely crude, and Saine did not see any other activity within it for the time being.

After walking all the way to the end of the passage, they should have arrived directly beneath the asteroid where the Mirage f Logistics Base was Located. A spacecraft roughly twenty meters long and wide was docked there.

It was an ordinary military reconnaissance craft. The gray robot entered first, and Saine followed closely behind.

After entering the craft, Saine did not see the robot perform any controls. The craft simply headed straight toward Cybertron Planet.

Saine had thought that the Mihaki f Logistics Base would detect this spacecraft traveling along such an unusual route, or that they might encounter other Federation patrol ships.

Yet they traveled deep into the starry void without encountering any abnormalities. Clearly, the Decepticons and the other Intelligent Robots had made thorough preparations.

Saine did not ask this lower-level gray robot too many questions. After entering the craft, he closed his eyes and entered a state of Shallow Meditation.

His faint sense of impending danger required him to keep himself at peak condition at all times.

He did not waste his thoughts considering what would happen if his mission failed and he was captured by the Galente Federation.

He only focused wholeheartedly on how to carry out the mission perfectly.

The reconnaissance craft was extremely fast. As expected, the Galente Federation had deployed numerous defensive and anti-infiltration measures around the Cybertron Star Region.

If Saine had relied solely on his own strength to force his way into such a Military Restricted Zone, it would have been a near-certain death. One should never underestimate the foundations of a Top-Level Civilization.

But the strongest fortresses were often breached from within.

With Intelligent Robots such as the Decepticons providing support, Saine encountered almost no unexpected incidents along the way.

The Cybertron Star Region was a Medium Star Region artificially created by the Galente Federation.

With Cybertron Planet as its core, this star region contained more than three hundred Mechanical Planets, producing enormous quantities of robot legions and other military-industrial equipment day and night.

However, as one of the Galente Federation's largest concentrated robot production centers, Cybertron Planet naturally focused mainly on robot production and research.

The Federation's warship production centers, Planetary Fortress production centers, mech weapon production centers, and so on were located in other star regions. They were not the primary industries of the Cybertron Star Region.

Besides its more than three hundred Mechanical Planets, the Galente Federation had also deployed many space stations and artificial satellites throughout this star region.

The main role of this star region was to serve as one of the Federation's heavy industrial bases.

Thus, there were not actually many Federation humans living here, nor were there any so-called Life Planets.

Aside from the many Federation Fleets and military bases stationed around the Cybertron Star Region, the primary inhabitants of the Cybertron Star Region were robots and a small number of Federation scientists.

In a sense, those few Federation scientists could be called the parents of all Intelligent Robots.

For it was they who had created bodies for the robots and inadvertently given them intelligence and the ability to think independently.

Among the robots that had already Awakened intelligence, many Intelligent Robots led by Optimus Prime held deep feelings toward those Federation scientists.

This was also one of the greatest difficulties of Saine's mission.

If Saine failed to win them over, he would not even need to wait for Federation investigators to come knocking. The Intelligent Robots led by Optimus Prime might directly hand him over in order to gain the Galente Federation's recognition and "human rights."

According to the mission information Klopp Knight had revealed back then, whether it was the Decepticons or Optimus Prime, their individual combat power had already reached a level comparable to Level-6 Creatures!

Saine did not know whether the Cybertron Star Region contained other robots with combat power comparable to Level 6 besides those two.

But high risk meant high reward, and Saine had still come here.

Led by the gray robot, Saine did not head directly for Cybertron Planet aboard the spacecraft. Instead, he first arrived at an artificial satellite in the central region of the Cybertron Star Region.

This artificial satellite was only comparable in size to the Light Prism Fortress of the Wizard World, perhaps even somewhat smaller.

When Saine's craft docked outside the satellite, more than ten Intelligent Robots, each over ten meters tall, were already waiting there.

Saine's gaze focused mainly on the silver-black robot standing at the center and forefront of the group.

This silver-black robot was not the strongest-looking among those present, yet it faintly exuded an imposing aura.

At the sight of this silver-black robot, Saine could not help thinking of Lev Tolstoy, the Lord of the Blood Prison he had met on the Faelun Continent.

However, the overall presence and oppressive aura of that Blood War Lord had surpassed those of the silver-black robot before him.

What this silver-black robot surpassed him in was its metallic frame, filled with a hard, powerful texture.

Moreover, by Saine's impression, this silver-black robot possessed greater youthfulness and vigor. It seemed to carry within it a certain conviction and sense of mission.

That Blood War Lord, on the other hand, always bore a trace of weariness due to his age and accumulated injuries.

Without question, this silver-black robot was one of Saine's ultimate targets for this journey—the Level-6 Robot Decepticons, which had already Awakened intelligence and independent judgment.

And the more than ten robots standing beside it had, without exception, also Awakened highly developed self-awareness.

Judging from their appearances and the faint fluctuations of power surrounding them, these more than ten Intelligent Robots all possessed strength at Level 4 or above!
