Though he was a knight, he had already guided and assisted two magicians and four knights in establishing their own Holy Towers and Knights' Halls.
He was an Overseer with considerable qualifications and experience.
Thus, he was greatly surprised that Saine would establish a Holy Tower in the Davier Region.
"Because the rule environment here is very special, and it happens to suit the Element Profound Truths I am exploring," Saine replied.
Level-4 Knight Tester nodded, then sighed. "The rampant Black Magician Activities in the Davier Region have undergone tens of thousands of years of suppression, yet they have never been completely eradicated."
"Many Level-4 Knights and magicians are unwilling to establish Holy Towers and Knights' Halls here largely for this reason."
"Since Master Saine is willing to establish a Holy Tower here, I believe it will make an immense contribution to preserving the region's peace and stability."
"I will report this matter to the Wizard Alliance and secure greater resource support for you, Master Saine," Level-4 Knight Tester said with feeling.
The Davier Region was poor in resources, though the resources referred to here were not material resources, but human resources.
In fact, the Davier Region had a fairly extensive distribution of Energy Crystal veins and Magic Beast Forests. Otherwise, it could not have supported so many Black Magicians lurking in the shadows.
Not to mention that the Davier Region also possessed extremely abundant underground world resources, reserves that even the Green Source Land, where Saine's mentor Luluenman resided, rarely possessed.
