Even the sea creatures had their own Mermaid Dominator to speak for them, yet the Subhumanoid race remained third-class citizens of the Wizard World.

And that was not all Saine spoke of. He also addressed the matter of how the Subhumanoid race was classified.

"Nowadays, there are more and more 'Subhumanoid' creatures within our Wizard Alliance, and some Subhumanoids clearly possess Wizard World bloodlines, yet because they were born in Alien Worlds, they have not received recognition from our Wizard Civilization."

"I hope that this Alliance Assembly can redefine the scope of what constitutes a Subhumanoid and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Wizard World creatures." Saine said.

His first proposal was manageable enough. It mainly concerned equal rights for Subhumanoids within the Wizard World. Most of those concerned with the motion were Wizard World creatures, while the more numerous Alien Creatures were merely there to watch the fun.

But the latter point he raised touched upon the interests of many Alliance Planes, especially those Alien Worlds dominated by Humanoid Creatures.
