In Saine and the others' eyes, those planes did not need to be plundered immediately. They ought to be "raised" a little longer.
They could even invest some resources to help those planes recover their origins, so that they could be exploited more scientifically and rationally in the future.
This conduct by the powerful figures of Wizard World even led the Alien Creatures originally enslaved by Flame Worm World to regard them as saviors and benefactors.
