The Voskeil People possessed respectable technological prowess.
Since the surrounding planes recognized them as a Mid-Level World civilization, the Voskeil People must have developed Cosmic Battleships or technological weapons comparable to Level-6 Creatures.
Saine had come here alone, and the mission he was carrying out was both secret and special. If he could keep a low profile, it was best to do so.
He had no intention of exposing his power. Other than observing this World Civilization from a closer distance out of curiosity, Saine was little more than a passerby the rest of the time.
"Beneath those hard, complex metal shells lie such frail flesh-and-blood bodies. Is this the hallmark of a Technological Civilization?" While replenishing his craft's energy in a Demiplane within the Voskel Star Region, Saine gazed with some emotion at the creatures bustling beneath the protective barrier before him.
The enormous isolated ecological shield allowed the city on this Demiplane to withstand the erosion of cosmic radiation and special particles, which was why its inhabitants had taken off their Protective Suits.
The Voskeil People had indeed attained impressive heights in the field of technology. Saine had once viewed one of their space stations from afar; it was quite an interesting thing.
But if that shell of technology were stripped away and they had to fight with their own strength alone... the human commoners of the Wizard World could probably take on ten of them each.
Saine had never thought the humans of the Wizard World were particularly strong, but compared with the creatures of these Technological Civilizations, they immediately stood out.
"All right, your plutonium has been topped off. As you requested, I also modified your craft's energy converter and other equipment."
"That'll be 127 Level-2 Energy Crystals!" A round, plump Voskeil man with a huge
