Yet, considering the details of the Civilization War, whether they were the Wizard World's top experts, possessed of immense wisdom and farsighted vision, or mid-level Holy Tower Masters like Saine, all had realized the importance of reserve Potential Seeds.
Adding a series of courses, including "Plane War Basic Knowledge," was intended to better cultivate a group of magicians specifically suited for war.
Saine was selfish, for doing this would undoubtedly affect the limitless possibilities of a magician's future development, steering them more toward utilitarian warfare.
But Saine and the other upper echelons of the Wizard World had no choice but to do so.
Survival was the fundamental prerequisite for everything.
Only sufficient war potential and reserve forces could allow Wizard Civilization to face the Civilization War with greater composure.
And at this stage, only Formal-Ranked Magicians of Level 1 and above from the Wizard World would answer the summons of the various Holy Towers and Knights' Halls to participate in the Civilization War.
But who could guarantee that apprentice-level forces would not one day be forced onto the battlefield as well?
People always had to consider the worst possible outcome.
In Saine's view, letting these little ones of the Holy Tower experience the cruelty of Plane War and the many dangers they needed to beware of ahead of time was not a bad thing.
