The Level-4 Magician who had come to deliver Saine's battle transfer order smiled. "Wizard Civilization will take into overall consideration the personal circumstances of every participating magician above Level 4, as well as the war requests they submit."
"Being transferred to the Underworld Star Region battlefield is no difficult matter. They are also in dire need of elites like you, Saine Master."
"But the problem now is that the Eye Demon Great World seems to be in even greater need."
"And this is only a garrison duty. The Alliance has not compelled you to carry it out."
"In my experience, after you spend some time stationed at the Eye Demon Great World, applying to the upper echelons of the Alliance again should make it very easy for you to be transferred to the Underworld Star Region battlefield." The Level-4 Magician stroked his upturned goatee as he spoke.
This Level-4 Magician was merely responsible for conveying Wizard Civilization's Battle Orders, but because he often represented its upper echelons in delivering commands, his knowledge and perspective were both somewhat broader, allowing him to see through many of the subtleties involved.
