Arriving at the Howling Stone World Venue alongside Master Tongtian were Duan Ning, Zhao Gongming, and the other saints of the Intercept Sect.

Saine also saw that Buddhism Sect, the Demon Race, and the Exposition Sect of the Immortal Domain had all sent representatives this time.

Even the Immortal Domain Dragon Race—his wife's natal family—had sent several Dominator-class dragon beasts.

Saine could not help exchanging glances with Befu and the others, who had also arrived at Howling Stone World, before speaking a few words with Klopp Knight.

Based on the number of invitations sent out, they had previously estimated that around 147 Dominators would attend the Howling Stone World Venue.

But now, that estimate was likely inaccurate.

After all, Silver Soul World and other top-level civilizations had not said how many Dominators they would bring. Saine and the other upper echelons of Wizard Civilization could hardly impose a Hard Requirement before the assembly that the other side could bring only a certain number of Dominators.

Could Wizard Civilization possibly refuse outright if friendly Dominators from certain top-level civilizations of other worlds wished to attend?

When dealing with internal members of the Wizard Alliance, alliance rules naturally came first. But when dealing with "outsiders," they had to show a little human consideration.

Not to mention, one must look to the monk's face for the Buddha's sake—Saine still had to give Silver Knight and the others some face.

As more and more alliance Dominators and delegations from friendly civilizations of other worlds arrived at Howling Stone World, the number of Dominators gathered on this large demiplane swiftly exceeded 147!

However, it was nearly time for the meeting to begin. Though the number of alliance Dominators attending had indeed exceeded the original estimate, it would not surpass it by anything too outrageous.

The Silver Soul World delegation arrived at Howling Stone World shortly after the Immortal Domain.

Including himself, Silver Knight had brought a total of five Silver Soul World Dominators to the assembly.

Only two of them were Level-8 Dominators: himself and the Ink Sea Master.

As the chief steward of Silver Soul World, Ming Wang had presumably been left behind to guard the home. After all, the division of war spoils from Death Mourning Civilization had yet to conclude.

Of the other three Level-7 Dominators from Silver Soul World, Guiyan Dominator was a friend of Hexiu, the Level-7 True Spirit Black Magician, while the other two had contractual ties with Rogge himself.

Rogge had also arrived at Howling Stone World early.

But the fat man paid no attention to those two Silver Soul World Dominators. He was currently tugging his "new flame" of a little wife along as he said something to her.

The Four Directions Civilization publicly declared that it had completely exterminated Death Mourning Civilization, as the price for those Death Mourning Dominators having once dared to invade star territories friendly to the Immortal Domain!

Yet a small number of Death Mourning Dominators led by the Goddess of Revenge had successfully joined the Wizard Alliance.

Wizard Civilization had also arranged a New Home for the Goddess of Revenge and the others in the Netherworld Star Territory.

The deathly aura there was no weaker than that of the Death Mourning Star Territory; there were simply fewer viral clouds.

The Goddess of Revenge did not mind in the slightest. On the contrary, she utterly loathed the Rule Viruses of the Death Mourning Star Territory.

Moving to the Netherworld Star Territory was, for the Goddess of Revenge, like going somewhere to breathe fresh air.

For this Wizard Alliance Assembly, the Goddess of Revenge had brought six Death Mourning Dominators in total, herself included.

Aside from Globus and the Dominator-class experimental subjects under his command, they were the only remaining descendants of Death Mourning Civilization.

Though there were only six Dominators, every one of those attached to the Goddess of Revenge was an elite.

Among them were three Level-8 Dominators!

Besides the Goddess of Revenge and Kui, the other Level-8 Death Mourning Dominator was the Level-8 Early-Stage Grave Digger Dominator, someone no one had expected.

The Grave Digger Dominator was specifically named by the Goddess of Revenge as someone she hoped would be spared.

At the time, the Grave Digger Dominator, who had followed Tyrant, had nearly been beaten to death by the combined assault of Wizard Civilization powerhouses.

Even this fellow's Dominator Omnipotent Soul was now so thin that only a trace remained.

Had the Goddess of Revenge spoken even a little later, or had Wizard Civilization's upper echelons responded a little more slowly, the Grave Digger Dominator might never have had the chance to join the Wizard Alliance.

Besides the Goddess of Revenge, the one who had strongly advocated for the Grave Digger Dominator's inclusion in the Wizard Alliance was Saine's good friend Green.

The first battle between Wizard Civilization and the Grave Digger Dominator had been Green getting chased down by the other party, its wife, and four little ghosts.

Who would have thought that, at the critical juncture when the Grave Digger Dominator's fate was decided, it would be Green who spoke up for it?

The Grave Digger Dominator's four summoned little ghosts had already been killed by Wizard Civilization powerhouses during the Death Mourning Civilization War.

Whether they could be summoned again in the future was unknown. Those little ghosts gave off a feeling very similar to Wizard Civilization's Dominator-class Corpse Refinement Synthetic Beasts.

Perhaps Green had taken a fancy to that very point?

Like Saine, Green had dabbled extensively in many fields of Truth Arcana. Even in Truth Arcana such as Corpse Refinement Synthetic Beasts, with which Saine was not particularly familiar, Green had reached an exceptionally high level of research in recent years.

Yet what had left the deepest impression on the many Wizard Civilization Dominators on the Death Mourning Civilization battlefield was the sight of the Grave Digger Dominator stubbornly protecting his wife, the Wraith Dominator.

The Wraith Dominator possessed Level-7 Peak strength. To keep her from being beaten to death by the combined assault of Wizard Civilization powerhouses, the Grave Digger Dominator had used its own Dominator body to withstand the overwhelming majority of damage coming from all directions.

The Wraith Dominator had not appeared at the Alliance Assembly venue alongside the Grave Digger Dominator, seemingly because her injuries were even more severe.

Moreover, the Wraith Dominator appeared to be a contracted unit summoned by the Grave Digger Dominator from another spacetime, rather than a true native powerhouse of Death Mourning Civilization.

Undead could have love too?

It truly made one shake one's head, but judging by how lovey-dovey that fat Rogge was with Kui, perhaps they could.

Besides Kui and the Grave Digger Dominator, the other three Death Mourning Civilization Dominators following the Goddess of Revenge were all her trusted confidants, as well as some of the few direct subordinates she had cultivated over her long years as one of the Death Mourning Four Giants.

Two of them were female Undead Dominators.

One was a Level-7 Dominator with a human upper body and the lower body of a scorpion snake. A single glance was enough to tell that she was definitely the result of modifications from the previous civilization of Death Mourning Civilization.

The other female Undead Dominator had a face even more savage than Kui's, and wielded a spiked nail as her weapon.

The final Death Mourning Dominator was a burly Death Element gnoll Dominator.

Yet laughably, this fellow's codename in Death Mourning Civilization had actually been "Titan."

After joining the Wizard Alliance, however, this Death Element gnoll Dominator would probably have to change its name.

Unless it wanted to be beaten up by the Main Gods of Titan World!

The Galente Federation possessed Conqueror-class Titan Ships, so the Titan Main Gods could tolerate their borrowing the name "Titan."

But what the hell was a Death Element gnoll Dominator with merely a Level-7 life tier?

Of course, aside from the name Titan, this gnoll Dominator had another codename that once represented its identity: "017."
