What exactly was happiness?

While traveling incognito through the Wizard Civilization Starfield, Saine suddenly found himself contemplating this question.

For the mages of the Wizard World, happiness was likely being able to unravel every Truth Arcana before them, without having to worry about a lack of experimental materials.

For knights, happiness was likely having enough battles, enough hot-blooded passion, and enough members of the opposite sex.

For the vast majority of low-level creatures in Alliance Planes dependent on the Wizard Civilization, happiness was likely being able to eat their fill, and having their safety guaranteed.

Over the past many years, the creatures of Alliance Planes who came into contact with Saine had basically all been Dominator-class beings.

At some point, those Level Four to Level Six creatures from Alliance Planes had gradually lost the "qualification" to appear before Saine.

It was not that Saine was arrogant. Rather, having reached his current level and status, it was destined that no commoners could be among those who chatted and laughed with him.

However, during his travels and private visits through the Wizard Civilization, a creature below Level One named "A Lai" from the Baiyun Cencen Plane left a deep impression on Saine.

Saine's consciousness lingered in this Micro Plane for half a year.

Half a year was enough for Saine's spiritual body to become good friends with A Lai.

"I really wish I could just lie here forever~" A Lai said to A Wen, who was lying beside him, while rubbing his round belly.

This was a lush green prairie. As the gentle breeze swept across it, a feeling of comfort and relaxation naturally arose.

"A Wen" was Saine's spiritual body. As a Half-Level-9 being, even Saine's true body found it difficult to enter a Medium Plane now. However, for an expert like Saine, there was always a way to enter and observe a Micro World.

A Lai's sigh made Saine ponder once more what happiness truly was.

In the past, Saine had primarily sought benefits for the Wizard World itself.

But as Saine's understanding of the many Alliance Planes deepened, he gradually came to realize that the creatures of those Alliance Planes were also living, breathing individuals.

And as these creatures of the Alliance Planes, under the Wizard Civilization's constant "brainwashing" propaganda, gradually strengthened their conviction that they were members of the Wizard Civilization and became willing to devote themselves to its development—

Saine could not help but fall silent.

Perhaps, as a leader of the Wizard Civilization, aside from bringing enormous development and progress to the Wizard World itself, Saine should also lend a hand to the creatures of the Wizard Alliance's Member Planes.

After withdrawing his consciousness from the Micro World known as the Baiyun Cencen Plane, Saine continued onward toward the Howling Stone World.

In truth, with the Wizard Civilization's continuous development in recent years, the closer an Alliance Plane was to the Wizard World, the more it could be considered the Wizard Civilization's direct lineage.

The Orc World, Elf World, and Titan World were all not far from the coordinates where the Wizard World was located.

As he once again approached these worlds, the Orc World did not notice Saine's arrival.

Elune, the Elf God of the Elf Great World, seemed to have sensed something. But because Saine never showed himself, Elune tactfully did not take the initiative to disturb him.

After observing the Orc World and Elf World for some time, Saine arrived at the Titan World.

Hela, the daughter of the Titan God-King, also discovered Saine's aura.

She came directly to find him, but Saine had mainly come to see her father, Odin.

Odin had likely already learned through certain channels that Saine had obtained a Civilization Supreme Treasure in the Flowing Light Retrospective World—the Staff of the Gods.

This was a Civilization Supreme Treasure that was extraordinarily compatible with Odin's attributes, even more suitable than the Supreme Knight Dominator Set. Once Odin obtained it, not only would his strength increase greatly, but it would also aid the future growth of his path of lightning.

After spending a short while as a guest in the Titan World and tasting the newly ripened Golden Apples of the Titan World, Saine bade them farewell and left.

Hela had originally planned to travel with Saine to the Howling Stone World, but Saine politely declined. He made it clear that he wished to travel alone for a while.

The Wizard Alliance Assembly was drawing nearer, so Saine had to quicken his pace.

After leaving the Titan World, Saine visited the Galente Federation and the Underworld in succession.

Saine did not need to concern himself with the Galente Federation's technological development in recent years.

The upper echelon of the Wizard Civilization even showed faint signs of restraining the Federation's technological advancement.

That was truly because, in recent years, the Galente Federation had come into contact with far too many advanced technological civilizations. To say nothing else, the technologies of the Zeus Skelton Empire and the Source Energy Remnant Clan alone were enough to bring about several successive transformations in the Galente Federation.

Worthy of being a Top-Level Civilization that had once been able to contend with the Wizard Civilization, the Galente Federation's potential was indeed astonishing.

However, in terms of control, the Galente Federation was currently considered one of the better-controlled civilizations under the Wizard Civilization.

As for the Underworld... Saine mentioned to Grand Commander of the Underworld Nair Wen Yinke that he could help him "repair" the Civilization Supreme Treasure, the Annihilation Mirror Wheel.

Naturally, Nair Wen Yinke did not dare harbor any doubts regarding the statement of Saine, leader of the Wizard Civilization.

As for the price Nair Wen Yinke needed to pay... Saine said, "You do not need to pay any additional price!"
