The space outside the Wizard Alliance Assembly venue was vast and spacious.
It was enough to accommodate the Wizard Alliance powerhouses gathered here as they chatted and exchanged views.
Perhaps influenced by the Wizard World's centripetal pull, many alien creatures above Level 4 chose to take humanoid form after arriving in the Howling Stone World.
Even the few who disliked or had not mastered transformation kept an extremely low profile outside the Alliance Assembly venue, even appearing humble.
The vast majority of alliance creatures kept their voices below a low threshold.
For instance, Saine saw a red serpent over five hundred meters long, also possessing the strength of a Level-4 god.
Yet as it conversed with a Level-4 Plant Element creature shaped somewhat like a pineapple beside it, it merely flicked its tongue softly, afraid that speaking too loudly would disturb the other powerhouses nearby.
As a result, although hundreds of thousands of Assembly participants had gathered in the center of the Howling Stone World, the overall atmosphere remained quiet and orderly.
To a certain extent, this also displayed the bearing of Wizard Civilization.
Saine saw quite a few Wizard Civilization powerhouses outside the venue. Moreover, most Wizard Civilization lifeforms above Level 4 with any ambition did not mind approaching and getting acquainted with Saine, this "rising star" of the Wizard World.
So long as someone appeared before Saine, whether a Wizard World powerhouse or an alien creature from the Alliance,
when they greeted him with a smile, Saine would politely nod in response.
When he encountered powerhouses whom even he found greatly interesting or exceptionally worthy of attention, he would stop and exchange a few words with them.
For example, outside the Wizard Alliance Assembly venue, Saine saw the Yaqina Empress, who had already advanced to Level 7.
