The Radiant World was one of the Large Worlds affiliated with the Nine Stars Civilization.
Besides the Radiant World, many other Plane Worlds were also affiliated with the Nine Stars Civilization.
And that was not even counting the weak worlds within the Demon Subjugation Alliance that could only resist the Evil Tide Crisis by relying on the three top-level civilizations.
