Moreover, whenever Saine entered these worlds, the Faceless Mask concealed him on his behalf. Almost no one could detect his tracks or identify him, though the Plane Wills of these worlds should have sensed something.
Especially in those Mid-Level Worlds with imperfect rules, the entry of a "great deity" like Saine itself placed an enormous burden on their planar laws.
