The final number of Dominators to arrive at the Howling Stone World Venue was 186.
The sight of nearly two hundred Dominators gathered in one place was truly awe-inspiring.
As for the ordinary members attending the Assembly, their number exceeded five hundred thousand.
The beings who had come to participate were generally experts of Level 4 and above.
Of course, there were also Level-3 lifeforms and Demigod-level Creatures. These representatives came from Micro Planes, or were highly promising young Demigod-level seeds. They possessed only the right to participate, not Voting Rights.
The minimum requirement for voting during the Wizard Alliance Assembly was to be a Level-4 lifeform.

As the Rules Barrier outside Howling Stone World completely sealed shut, Saine made the solemn announcement.
All the beings attending the Assembly raised their heads in unison, looking toward Saine at the highest point of the Alliance Assembly venue.

As Saine spoke from above the Assembly, the Red-Clothed Little Girl, who had arrived alongside Mechanical Dominators such as the Decepticons and Optimus Prime, could not help looking up at him as well.
The Decepticons, Optimus Prime, and the other Dominators were no longer Saine's hired muscle. What they truly represented was the Mechanical Race within the Wizard Alliance.
