After Saine advanced some distance farther, Fuxis, the current emperor of the Zeus Skelton Empire, took the initiative to contact Saine.
He was an exceedingly young emperor. As the leader of a Top-Level Civilization, Fuxis was astonishingly only at the Level-6 Mid-Stage of life.
Even the rulers of ordinary Large World Civilizations were probably a little stronger than him.
Yet Fuxis, merely a Level-6 Mid-Stage lifeform, controlled a Top-Level Civilization. This was enough to show just how unstable the Zeus Skelton Empire's current state was.
Fuxis was among those in this star region's civilizations who understood their present predicament best.
He was also one of the Zeus Skelton Empire's higher-ups who understood the war situation in the Flowing Light Retrospective World most clearly.
Upon hearing that the Decayed Civilization had already been defeated, Fuxis could not help letting out a sigh.
Though he and Emperor Famas's faction were irreconcilable enemies, from the standpoint of the Zeus Skelton Empire's greater cause, he had still hoped the Decayed Civilization would ultimately prevail.
This time, Fuxis had taken the initiative to contact Saine in order to seek aid and humble himself.
