Saine Master had merely gone out for a stroll, yet he had drawn the Silver Soul World into the Wizard Alliance.
This development caught many of Wizard Civilization's high-ranking Dominators off guard; they only realized what had happened afterward.
And Saine did not claim all the credit for himself.
He had already done enough, and he did not care much for empty fame.
Green had only just assumed the position of Civilization Leader and needed to consolidate his standing.
Internally, at the thirty-first Wizard Alliance Assembly, Green would publicly announce, as the assembly's host and Wizard Civilization's Civilization Leader, that the Silver Soul World had joined the Wizard Alliance and become a part of Wizard Civilization.
Though many well-informed powerhouses both within and beyond Wizard Civilization would likely have learned the news beforehand.
Externally, when Wizard Civilization subsequently negotiated with the other core upper echelons of the Eight Directions Conglomerate, it would also propose sending the Iron-Blood Civilization into the Eight Directions Conglomerate to replace the Silver Soul World.
These were all considered political achievements.
They were the political legacy Saine had left Green.
And by this point, Saine's work was more or less complete.
When it truly came time to leave, Saine felt a little reluctant in his heart.
Green also knew of Saine's plans and arrangements for him. As Saine was about to leave the Wizard World, Green could not help asking about the broad future course of Wizard Civilization's development, such as, "Should we invade and expand into the Demon Subjugation Alliance's homeland?"
In response to Green's question, Saine replied, "That is for you to decide. I have already stepped down as Civilization Leader. Just do what you believe is right."
Saine's words could not help but send Green and the other upper echelons of Wizard Civilization
