All four were powerful beings who had reached Level-8 Peak or above. For the Wizard Alliance's stability and security, Saine had decided to take them away.
Besides these high-ranking Dominators, the Wizard Alliance Dominators leaving with Saine would also include Gongsun Wudi of the Tianming Empire, Construct Master Yuli, the Reverse Mutant, Goddess of Wealth Wojin, and the centaur Dominator Luna, who had only recently advanced to Level-7 Early-Stage before the Thirtieth Wizard Alliance Assembly, among others.
These Dominators varied greatly in strength, and given the Wizard Alliance's current scale, their departure was not much of a loss.
