In Green's account, he denounced those members of the Demon Subjugation Alliance as scum and scoundrels who had grievously ravaged the environment of the Demon Domain Starry Sky!
He declared that what they had severely damaged was the fair development of the Demon Domain by every civilization throughout the surrounding Star Sectors.
Well now, with that declaration, Green had directly placed the Demon Subjugation Alliance in opposition to every World Civilization that had previously participated in the "Joint Development Declaration."
That made things much easier.
After all, resisting the expansion of the Demon Subjugation Alliance was not merely the Eight Directions Conglomerate's own affair.
Once other World Civilizations had been swept into it, not only would the Eight Directions Conglomerate's own pressure be greatly reduced, but it would also gain firm footing on the side of righteousness.
Green's methods were rather well-honed.

Beyond securing the moral high ground, Green also proceeded to organize a force of Wizard Civilization legions and strike at those Demon Subjugation Alliance legions that had invaded the Demon Domain Starry Sky with iron-blooded measures.
Whether or not they could wipe out those Demon Subjugation Alliance forces reaching into the region remained unknown for now, but what mattered was first making their stance clear.
