The Lord of Huanlan's astonishment did not last long.
The Mechanical Civilization Army under Saine's command soon approached his location.
As newcomers, Saine's Mechanical Civilization had not shown an overly harsh attitude toward the other civilizations and individuals in the surrounding starry expanse.
Even the territories the Mechanical Civilization currently occupied consisted only of demiplanes, broken planes, and unclaimed asteroids.
As for the Huanlan Plane, a prosperous, large planet, the Mechanical Civilization had shown no intention of conquering it, at least for the time being.
Everything would have to wait until Saine gained some understanding of this time-space and figured out the situation in the surrounding starfields.
Only then would he set about the Mechanical Civilization's next stage of development.
For now, it was better to keep a low profile.
That had been Saine's initial plan.
However, although he wanted to keep a low profile, the Dreadful Treant's appearance had dashed those hopes.
After breaking through to Level-10 in one fell swoop, Saine had yet to sense any other Level-9 or higher beings in the surrounding starry expanse.
Yet he had a vague premonition that, at least in the Star Sector he currently occupied, other supreme experts had already noticed him.
Anyone Saine considered a "supreme expert" had to possess at least Level-9 strength!
Indeed, in the Material Star Realm, a single Star Sector could nurture three top-level civilizations on average.
There was no reason this Higher Dimensional Plane, with its far grander rules, could not nurture Level-9 strong practitioners.
In fact, given the existence of Level-9 beings in this Higher Dimensional Plane, perhaps the vast majority of civilizations had already developed beyond the scope of an Ultimate Body Civilization!
It was uncertain whether these civilizations even divided their territories by Star Sector.
Saine would have to explore all of
