Besides agreeing to let the Mechanical Civilization under Saine's command occupy and operate the territory of that top-level technology-based civilization in the future,
the Lord of Radiance also mentioned providing assistance to Saine's Mechanical Civilization in other respects.
The Lord of Radiance was quite adept at strategy and understood the current concepts of time-space development.
As outsiders to Light-Universe Space-time, although the Light God Race had operated and developed within this dimension for over a million years,
they still had many enemies in this dimensional plane.
This was also because, when the Light God Race had first sought to expand in this dimension, they had been far too aggressive and thus offended many long-established local powers and civilizations.
This was understandable. After all, the Light God Race had only just arrived back then. They needed to seize territory and develop resources.
Where were those resources supposed to come from?
Naturally, they had to be taken from the existing local powers.
And at the beginning, the super civilizations of this dimensional time-space had not paid much attention to the Light God Race's strength.
Because at the time, the Light God Race had amounted to no more than twenty-odd Dominators, with a Supreme God who drew slightly more attention.
Just as Wizard Civilization would not care much about some remote, small or Medium Plane far from its domain.

would, after the Supreme God broke through to Level Nine, and the other main gods and angels successively advanced and broke through before launching holy wars to expand their faith,
