The tremors of power at this level, along with the commotion of a Level-10 Being's fall, could not be completely contained. Even though Saine, Pure World White Lotus, and the others had long sealed off this Level-10 battlefield layer upon layer, the resulting rule turbulence and tides of power would ultimately still radiate and surge through many regions of the Illusory Sea Maze.
The Civilization Race to which this Level-10 Dark Being belonged likely possessed some special channel connected to it. Therefore, its civilization race would most likely be able to sense this Dark Being's life-or-death crisis.
As for the "resurrection" the Dark Being had mentioned before its death, most High-Level Strong Practitioners of the other Super Civilizations paid it no heed and basically did not take its words seriously.
Only Archangel Michael of the Light God Race and Saine fell into brief contemplation as they watched the exaggerated tide of dark power surge forth at the moment of its fall.
Archangel Michael reacted this way because, before this, he had already received a divine decree from the Supreme God.
