Speaking of which, up to this point, Saine had set foot in three Higher Dimensional Planes: Light Universe Time-Space, Primordial Universe Time-Space, and the Gear Time-Space where he currently was.
Judging by the Rule Attributes each possessed, these three great Dimensional Planes were clearly Higher Dimensional Planes with relatively comprehensive and well-rounded Rule Attributes.
In other words, for Astral Realm Beings from the vast majority of lower Dimensional Planes, these three great Dimensional Planes were all highly attractive destinations for ascension. The Darkness Demon Ancestor, of course, was an exception.
After all, the Rule characteristics of Light Universe Time-Space had never been particularly friendly toward races such as the Evil Tide Civilization, which leaned toward darkness and chaos. They would inherently suppress the exertion of such races' power.
Even so, compared with the Eternal Day Time-Space, which possessed an extreme light attribute, the Rule Attributes of Light Universe Time-Space were already relatively mild. At the very least, they would not impose excessively heavy suppressive rejection upon non-light-element beings.
It was precisely for this reason that Saine regarded all three great Dimensional Planes as neutral Higher Dimensional Planes, or ones whose Rule Attributes leaned toward the positive. He was willing to establish foundations and develop his power in such time-spaces.
Then what kind of sights would Higher Dimensional Planes with Rule Attributes that had gone to extremes present?
