Heavenly Wing Demon Lord had guessed correctly. The two assault units Saine had dispatched deep into the Evil Swamp Time-Space occupied zone to carry out special sabotage missions were indeed carrying newly developed single-use Magic Conductors.
Once unleashed at full power, such Magic Conductors truly possessed the terrifying destructive effect of a full-strength strike from a Level-12 Being.
What they were modeled after was the God Crystal law bomb once controlled by Wizard Civilization when Saine had still been in the Material Star Realm.
Yet back then in the Material Star Realm, that God Crystal law bomb could only unleash the lingering might of a Level-9 Being. It posed no substantive threat whatsoever to stronger practitioners of higher levels.
As Saine steadily gained a foothold in the Higher Dimensional Plane, and the Truth Arcana he mastered grew ever more profound and unfathomable, explosive power at merely the Level-9 Power Level was clearly far from sufficient for the war needs of Saine and Mechanical Civilization as a whole.
Such exaggerated Level-12 Power strikes did not actually inflict particularly significant damage upon Level-12 Top Beings.
