Mechanical God Emperor Saine stood upon this Gear Time-Space Battlefield and, from the very outset, delivered a sufficiently shocking show of force to the two Temple Lords who had arrived from Evil Swamp Time-Space.
Whether it was the Blue-eyed Octopus or the Gnome Lizard, the instant they sensed the terrifying power level erupting from Saine, the God of Machines—a level that reached as high as Level-12 Peak—their expressions changed dramatically, and an unconcealable flash of shock and gravity crossed their eyes.
Of course, top Level-12 beings like them, who had lived through endless years and possessed immensely deep foundations, would not be instantly slain by an indiscriminate energy strike like Saine's.
But injury was absolutely unavoidable, especially for the Blue-eyed Octopus, whose body was astonishingly huge and who wielded the Power of Fear Emotion Rules.
Its massive frame, vast enough to blot out half the starry sky, was simply the most conspicuous and hardest-to-avoid enormous target beneath the frenzied bombardment of Saine's ultimate evolved version of the "Endless Light" energy torrent.
Although this guy had already reached the Level-12 Late-Stage Life Realm and possessed formidable strength, anyone with eyes could see that defensive ability and physical toughness had never been its strengths.
It was more of a Level-12 Strong Practitioner with outstanding accomplishments in the domain of spiritual rules, relying on suppression and control at the spiritual level rather than direct physical confrontation.
As for the Gnome Lizard, although its extremely tiny body shape meant that the average damage it suffered from Saine's "Endless Light" energy torrent was somewhat less than that of the Blue-eyed Octopus, this guy's Life Level was only at the Level-12 Early-Stage.
No matter how outstanding its attainments in body refinement might have been, before such an absolute power gap, it was ultimately difficult to resist.
