Nor did they immediately collapse.
They merely stood there as the dark-gold crystals on their bodies gradually dimmed, while the originally utterly chaotic destruction fluctuations seemed to be gently pressed down by something.
A Level-10 angel had intended to purify them directly.
But the Creation God stopped him.
