In recent years, however, the rule fluctuations emanating from several Dark Obelisks on the outermost edge of the Star Sector had noticeably weakened.
In their place, exceedingly fine threads of black-and-red destruction slowly emerged from the rule rifts at the bases of those obelisks.
These black-and-red destruction threads naturally belonged to Locke.
Deep within the Paradise Lost Time-Space, Locke remained seated cross-legged upon the Destruction Black Lotus, his eyes still closed.
Yet part of his destruction will had already crossed the Bronze Gate and vast stretches of the Destruction Star River to reach this Star Sector.
Compared with his initial invasion of the Star Sector inhabited by the Crystal Tide Wrath Beast, Locke advanced noticeably faster this time.
This was not merely because the Realm-Suppressing Ring anchor points Saine had left in the Destruction Time-Space, along with numerous Sky Net Sub-units, were continually severing the connections between the Destruction Supreme and the outer rule nodes on Locke's behalf.
