When Saine entered the mechanical maintenance area, a Destruction Mech Soldier recently transported back from the Primordial Universe Time-Space was suspended in midair by several mechanical arms.
Its outer chest armor had been removed. Inside, a wisp of black sword light still flickered amid its damaged origin of destruction.
This was damage left over from the previous war.
The Mechanical Units responsible for maintenance had replaced most of its components, but when the power was reconnected, the mech soldier's right arm lifted only slightly before dropping limply again.
Saine raised a hand to stop the next attempt.
An Alchemy Needle sank into the mech soldier's chest and extracted the wisp of dark sword light that was still destroying its internal structure. Sealing light immediately enveloped it and delivered it into a container prepared nearby.
Without the interference of that foreign power, the mech soldier finally responded again.
However, the situation the network displayed before Saine was far from encouraging.
Its mechanical parts could be repaired, but the destruction creature serving as its core had already lost too much of its origin. If it continued producing the same level of power as before, it would collapse on its own after only a few more uses.
"Reduce its load and transfer it to the rear," Saine said.
Among the reports Wall-E subsequently delivered, quite a few Destruction Mech Soldiers were in a similar condition.
Some could slowly recover with help from the origin of the Destruction Time-Space. Others had suffered the destruction of even their most fundamental rule structures, leaving only a small quantity of usable materials in the end.
After reading the reports, Saine set aside the sections detailing what needed to be replenished.
The Mechanical Civilization certainly had no shortage of capacity to forge armor and manufacture components. The Mechanical
