When the World-Realm Emperor Monarch proposed visiting Gear Time-Space, Saine was reviewing the latest records from the God of Machines.
Many of the changes following his recent advancement had gradually stabilized over this period. But Saine still had no precise assessment of the full extent of the power he could currently wield.
The World-Realm Emperor Monarch's visit prompted him to set aside his work for the moment.
"You're planning to come in person?" Saine asked.
"I want to see what it's like over there," the World-Realm Emperor Monarch answered bluntly.
On the other side of the Communication Radiance, a batch of rule resources was also ready for delivery. They were all part of their previously agreed trade, and Saine had been waiting quite some time for some of them.
Still, that was clearly not why the World-Realm Emperor Monarch needed to make the trip himself.
He had already seen many of the mechanical creations shipped to Source-Devouring Time-Space. Yet he had always wanted to see for himself what sort of universe had nurtured the Mechanical Civilization, and how it had brought so many different civilizations under its leadership.
After a moment's consideration, Saine agreed.
He informed Locke of the matter afterward.
Neither of them believed that the World-Realm Emperor Monarch's origins in Source-Devouring Time-Space meant their relations must forever remain limited to remote trading. Still, the areas their visitor could access on this trip would be restricted to those the Mechanical Civilization was willing to open.
Naturally, anything unsuitable for outsiders to see was excluded from the itinerary.
