When Luo Heng arrived at the outer edge of the Vast Peaks Civilization, a rocky planet that provided energy was still slowly shifting away from its original position.

The defenses surrounding the planet have been largely repaired. However, two different forces deep within the Ley Lines are repeatedly colliding, preventing large fleets from passing through the recently restored shipping route.

Hemon himself was waiting here.

Instead of immediately taking Luo Heng to his Core Starfield, he first displayed the several unresolved injuries.

"This place used to be able to supply three resource-rich areas on the outskirts," Hemon said.

Currently, the resources still in operation are not even enough to sustain the nearby garrison.

After examining the Ley Lines, Luo Heng sent a rule-based crystal seal forward. The several Transcendence Realm experts who had arrived with him began to deploy their forces along the outer edge of the planet.

A layer of stable radiance gradually pressed into the space between the two colliding primordial forces.

The Earth Element energy that had been continuously dissipating outwards finally stopped rushing all the way to the other side. Hemon then activated his power to reposition the Ley Lines that had shifted.

After the two maintained their position for a period of time, the planet's movement gradually slowed down.

The fleet that had been waiting in the distance was finally able to advance a little further.

But the area further inside, which had already turned gray, still hadn't regained its color.

The essence that was taken away there will not New Life from the Void simply because the Balance Rules have fallen.

The resources that Hemon had prepared in advance were then sent into the Ley Lines. Several native overlords followed and took over the subsequent maintenance work.

A large storage area that had been tightly closed was also opened at this time.

Repairing these areas will require further funding.

The legion led by Luo Heng entered the designated star system one after another.

They did not directly replace all the local garrison. Some of the Cangyue fleets that were still capable of defense remained in their original positions, only with the addition of nearby external forces that could provide mutual support.

Hemon then sent messengers to notify the surrounding civilizations to reopen several previously stable shipping routes.

The first to enter were not large caravans laden with resources, but a group of Transport Ship transferring the wounded.

Some of the creatures inside the ship were barely clinging to life. They couldn't wait until the entire position was repaired before slowly leaving.

Luo Heng ordered his fleet to make way for the transport ships.

A local overlord in charge of leading the team sent him a wave of gratitude across the distant starry sky.

Luo Heng did not follow.

Another node ahead, still trembling, had begun to affect the nearby defenses. He and Hemon turned towards it to continue working on the section that was not yet stable.

The subsequent contact, however, was not entirely about repairing the battlefield.

Several neighboring native Super Civilization have successively dispatched their high-ranking experts. Some hope to resume transportation along the sea routes reopened by the Vast Peaks Civilization, while others have brought troop deployment arrangements that they had not previously made public.

Among these visitors, Level-12 Existence.

Their past relationship with Hemon was not necessarily close. In some resource areas, there were even disputes.

However, after the legions of the Source-Devouring Time-Space truly entered the Primordial Universe Time-Space, the original conflicts between the several Homeland Civilization were finally able to be temporarily set aside.

Relying solely on oneself may not be enough to cope with subsequent changes.

Mechanical Civilization can offer assistance, and the Myriad Manifestations Eternal Lord is willing to send legions. However, these external forces will not unconditionally protect everything for them.

"We can escort them together through the several outer routes," said a Level-12 Strong Practitioner.

He did not propose handing over all the legions of the civilizations to Hemon. He simply listed the portion he was willing to undertake, along with the several damaged areas before him, under the same radiant light.

Another strong local player then filled the transfer slot that could be shared.

Luo Heng sat to one side, not making a decision for them.

He could convey the will of the Myriad Manifestations Eternal Lord, but he could not simply turn these Level-12 Existence into his subordinates by bringing a legion with him.

The negotiations lasted a long time.

The initial plan to include all neighboring star systems was repeatedly scaled back. In the end, the civilizations jointly accepted only limited outer defenses and some transportation and supply.

Matters involving their respective Core Starfield remain their own responsibility.

When the first joint patrol corps set off, the fleet's organization was clearly not yet fully coordinated.

The rocky behemoths of the Vast Peaks Civilization could withstand heavy blows, but they couldn't keep up with the light fleets of another civilization and frequently change positions. Transport ships responsible for rear supply also needed extra docking space.

Therefore, several Transcendence Realm experts readjusted the previously agreed-upon flight route.

One resource area, located further away, was ultimately not included in this protection scope.

The supply conditions originally proposed by the civilization that belongs there have not yet been jointly recognized by several Super Civilization.

The Level-9 Strong Practitioner in charge of the negotiations had no choice but to retract the records he had brought with him in the end.

Hemon refused to take the blame for him alone.

This newly established Homeland Alliance cannot ensure that all Weak Civilization in the Primordial Universe Time-Space receive the same treatment overnight.

At least for now, the resources available are only enough to maintain the areas that have already been designated.

When the fleet actually entered the first joint escort route, a nearby transshipment facility was still under repair.

The Cangyue behemoth could be moored on the outer perimeter, but the transport ships of another civilization had to go further in to replenish the power they had consumed.

The several rulers responsible for escorting the ship started arguing about it.

If they were to travel inland with the transport ships, their newly formed ranks would have to disperse. But no one wanted to bear the potential losses of letting the resource-laden ships go alone.

Finally, a Level-10 Transcendence Realm expert personally led two light legions to turn inward. The Cangyue Fleet, which remained outside, stopped advancing and waited for them to replenish their supplies before setting off together.

Several batches of supplies that could have been delivered that day were thus postponed.

When the news reached Hemon, he did not order everyone to speed up the process, but instead instructed several garrisons to open the remaining usable reserves.

This kind of cooperation was something that each civilization's own legions had never needed to discuss again in the past.

Today, it has already taken a lot of effort just to get the first joint fleet to complete its voyage smoothly.

The message then traveled along the reopened pathways to the surrounding starry sky.

Some forces that previously only contacted individual Super Civilization began inquiring about their ability to participate. Several Top-Level Civilization even sent over a portion of the resources they could provide long-term.

They may not be of much help in direct combat.

However, the resources required for a large-scale garrison cannot be borne by just a few high-ranking powerful figures.

One batch of water resources originated from the Clear-Tide Civilization.

Novell did not come in person, but sent his subordinates with new delivery arrangements. The renegotiated terms explicitly avoided areas where conflict might still occur.

He was willing to do business, but he no longer allowed the clan fleet to follow any attacking legion forward.

After reviewing the materials, the personnel responsible for receiving them ultimately agreed to part of the request.

On the other hand, the Bedrock Crystal Civilization was not so enthusiastic about contacting this alliance.

They are resuming mining of the newly acquired Crystal Mine. Several batches of supplies that need to be delivered to the Source-Devouring Time-Space have already been put on the waiting list.

One of the Level-11 Strong Practitioner glanced at the invitation and immediately set it aside.

The arrangements newly established by the Vast Peaks Civilization cannot provide them with the special materials needed for the Mountain-Devouring Crystal Wheel. Not to mention, those World Civilization whose Crystal Mine were taken away still stand on Hemon's side.

They have no intention of joining.

Luo Heng then relayed the choices made by all parties back to the Myriad Manifestations Eternal Lord.

He did not portray the civilizations that Hemon had contacted as massive forces capable of influencing the entire Primordial Universe Time-Space. The areas that these forces could truly cover were still quite limited for the time being.

Some local powerhouses are even still negotiating how much of the supply they should bear.

The Myriad Manifestations Eternal Lord then instructed him to maintain the existing garrison and not to expand outwards further.

Meanwhile, the Source-Devouring Time-Space Spacetime also received this new information.

The World-Realm Emperor Monarch examined the pathway jointly drawn up by several civilizations and then grouped it together with the existing Trading District.

This time, the people we've been able to contact aren't just Hemon anymore.

The Spirit-Seizing Bone Emperor to the side, first asked if they needed to send over more legions.

The World-Realm Emperor Monarch shook his head.

"Have them sort out what they can use for trading," he said.

Geduo quickly took over the arrangements and began walking towards several storage areas.

The Source-Devouring Beasts that were still entrenched on the outskirts did not advance again with the arrival of the Homeland Alliance.

Hemon soon discovered that he had a new contact that was completely different from the one he had requested for help.

The World-Realm Emperor Monarch is actually preparing to negotiate an even bigger deal with them!
