It was not only the situation on the chessboard that changed abruptly. Even outside the board, many eyes within the Abyssal Hall turned toward this place with interest.
In truth, even now, the existence known as Alastair remained a mystery shrouded in mist to the outside world.
Aside from the Living Event Record displayed by Golden Dawn proving that such a person truly existed, little else was known—not even by other beings of the Abyss.
The intelligence circulating outside was completely inconsistent.
Among those who had visited the Land of Nothingness, some claimed Alastair was an aged and bizarre old man. Others said Alastair was a beautiful and wise lady, while still others said he was an arrogant and cold young man... Every account contradicted the others, yet every one seemed utterly certain.
And now, in merely a few seconds, that mysterious Solidifier had ascended so smoothly to the Ruler's throne. Even with Golden Dawn's foundation assisting him, it was enough to leave people dumbfounded.
After all, although the battlefield had been simulated from a Living Event Record, such records were information transformed from real events. There was absolutely no possibility of alteration or cheating.
If it could be done within the chessboard, then it could surely be reproduced outside it at any time... Could this mean that Golden Dawn had already mastered some method of creating a Ruler in a short time?
