Forest City's army set out from the east of the world and began an expedition westward.

These trained soldiers joined the great war between the Mutated Ones and Green Swamp.

The western battlefield of today—

could be called the final stage that would decide the world's fate.

Yet even as everything was proceeding in full swing—

Linsey was neither on the front lines commanding the battle and leading the charge, nor in the cities making plans and guiding construction.

Instead, he had returned to how he had been as an adventurer.

Bringing along his shop and preparing the supplies needed for adventure, Linsey set foot on the road to the south of Barren Land World for the first time.

There was only one purpose to this journey.

To find the Life Force-rich object within Green Swamp and use it to repair the damage at the world connection point.

Linsey could contribute his strength to the suffering of ordinary people and even remain here for their sake.

But he had not forgotten his original purpose.

With the great war underway, the main fighting forces of all three factions were away from their headquarters.

If he wanted to obtain the treasure safely and secretly,

this was undoubtedly the best opportunity.

And infiltrating an enemy headquarters was not something weaklings without sufficient strength could handle. So Linsey returned to the adventurer's trade, intending to accomplish his goal through his own power.

One evening during the war,

Linsey crossed another dry, desolate sea of sand.

He checked the Strategic Map. Green Swamp was now only one or two days away.

The already arid Wasteland grew even drier here.

It was as though the tiny remaining trace of moisture in the air had been violently sucked away.

"Is this the secret behind Green Swamp maintaining
