Besides overseeing the city's construction, Ye Haiya also had to conquer the surrounding sky islands.

So aside from taking time to explain Awakened-related knowledge to Linsey, she devoted most of her energy to work.

At times, she even left Silver City, naturally leaving her with no chance to urge Linsey to abolish his craft.

This gave Linsey both the time and the means.

Drawing on his experience from his student days, he used learning combat techniques as an excuse to ask the castle guards for martial instruction. While he was at it, he obtained some wood, claiming he wanted to make himself weapons for practice.

The three high-rank craftsmen scrambled to bring Linsey materials from their own collections, and even wanted to craft the weapons for him directly.

However, after Linsey came up with excuses like "I haven't decided what weapon to use yet" and "I need to discuss the exact shape with the guards," they temporarily gave up on making weapons for him.

On the third night, Ye Haiya had gone out and had yet to return.

Seeing that the opportunity had arrived, Linsey immediately synthesized an item at the Workbench.

Tool/Weapon: Cloud Sea Fishing Rod

Using this fishing rod moderately increases the success rate of fishing. It can be used to fish in special environments such as sky islands and seas of clouds.
