Hurricane Fortress

Linsey and Arona sped through the sky.

This was their first time enjoying the boundless freedom of flight. The view from high above and the fierce wind rushing past lifted their spirits without them even realizing it.

Thus, the group completely ignored Dust Road World's system of floating islands and Sky Bridges.

With the nearby space stable and no need to worry about suddenly being teleported away, they covered nearly a thousand miles a day.

The only issue was a small incident along the way.

While riding on the back of a Storm Element, Linsey heard his remaining Elemental Creatures conversing. Perhaps unwilling to deceive their newly allied friends, they had deliberately switched to the human Common Language:

"When we passed by earlier, why did I feel like that Cloud Kingdom was a little strange?"

"It was like the middle was empty?"

"It's been abandoned for so long. Maybe something changed!"
