Hu Feng thus began his long and immensely protracted life observation plan.

Eternal life brought him not only immortality but also an inescapable, endless sense of loneliness.

At his core, he was still human, and humans had always been social creatures.

Hu Feng now had two things he could do. The first was naturally to observe the diverse and vibrant life on Planet Azeroth. The second was to attempt a secondary corruption of the two Old Gods parasitizing the egg of his own planet.

That's right, deep beneath the surface of Planet Sarodar, there were also two Old Gods. They must have been the backup reinforcements that the Void Lords had deployed during their confrontation to deepen their corruption and control over him.

After he had warped away, Hu Feng immediately used the essence of the Void to seal and imprison them in a cage, preventing these two Old Gods from using any method he didn't know about to remotely contact the Void Lords.

His own Void essence energy was incredibly pure, even surpassing that of the Void Lords. However, because his Titan's true form had not yet been born and he was still in the state of a Titan World Soul, his power was far inferior to the Void Lords', and his control was also far beneath theirs.

But that extreme purity was crucial. The Old Gods, these unnatural flesh-and-blood creations, were essentially war machines forged by the Void Lords. As long as they were weapons, they could be controlled—that was beyond doubt.

So Hu Feng began attempting to invade the minds of the two Old Gods, trying to alter their allegiance to serve him instead. He used this as practice to hone his control over the Void.

One of these Old Gods was the Millennium Eye Demon, a colossal mass of flesh densely covered in countless large eyeballs. Its countless barbed tentacles were topped with watery, blinking eyes—quite adorable... maybe.

The other was the Beast of a Thousand Throats, its body densely packed with countless fanged maws, its tentacles similarly adorned.

This made Hu Feng suspect that when the Void Lords created the Old Gods, they must have used a standard template for mass production, each specializing in different domains based on the five senses.

After completing his daily tasks of secondary corruption and control, Hu Feng spent the rest of his time talking to himself or observing the lifeforms on Planet Azeroth.

Oh, the reason he talked to himself was that he was afraid of forgetting who he was or snapping from the endless monotony. He didn't want to develop some damn autism.

So waking up to self-awareness early wasn't all good—at least loneliness was unavoidable.

Back to the main topic, the lifeforms on Planet Azeroth were thriving, completely unaware that a pair of eyes was peeping at them every day.

Hu Feng naturally noticed the guardians left behind by the Pantheon back then—the Dragon Aspects—as well as the Titan facilities scattered across the continent. But he decided to ignore them and not make contact.

He knew his own situation as a Titan very well. Until he had some means of self-protection, it was best to avoid stirring up trouble.

As for the ordinary native lifeforms, Hu Feng was quite interested in the trolls. But that might have been because the trolls were one of only two intelligent races that had developed civilization...

The trolls had built an incredibly glorious civilization, their empire spanning the entire continent. The other civilized race was the Mogu Empire. The Mogu had established a powerful but tyrannical and despotic empire in the Pandaria region.

The trolls and the Mogu, the two most powerful empires on the continent, persisted for countless years.

During this time, the trolls organized massive armies to launch an extermination campaign against the remnants of the Aqir in the Ahn'Qiraj region, continuing until not a single living bug remained outside the majestic Scarab Wall.

But Hu Feng really had no interest in these two races. The Mogu were out—big and burly, with faces somewhat resembling a Kirin or a lion, their aesthetic completely out of sync with his.

As for the trolls... well, trolls were naturally over two meters tall, always hunched over, showing off their big feet, with fangs jutting upward from their mouths and sporting all sorts of wild hairstyles.

Hmm... wild they certainly were, but his sexual orientation and aesthetic sense were straight. He felt absolutely nothing for female trolls.

Finally, the migration of a small troll tribe caught Hu Feng's attention. Their direction was toward the Well of Eternity at the center of the continent, the gathering place of Azeroth's divine blood.

This troll tribe settled by the lake, forming a primitive and crude village settlement.

Over time, under the long-term influence of the Well of Eternity, this group of trolls underwent a mutation, distinguishing them from their troll kin elsewhere on the continent.

Their height decreased slightly, their long fangs disappeared, their large feet transformed into feet very similar to humans', and their hair became smooth and silky. Particularly pleasing to the eye were the females' waist-length, pure white hair.

Their facial features also became incredibly refined, their eyes shimmering with energy, and even their smooth, light purple skin glowed with a faint, hazy light.

Oh, they could no longer be called trolls. This tribe abandoned their old name and began calling themselves Night Elves, no longer acknowledging trolls as their kin.

This was the birthplace of the Night Elves. This was the Well of Eternity.

Their racial culture began to change dramatically. Unlike the rough, wild voodoo style of the trolls, Night Elf architecture was infinitely more refined and magnificent, somewhat resembling the ancient Greek architectural style of Earth. The elves also loved to carve large amounts of complex and elegant patterns onto their buildings.

The Night Elves formed a state, and their leader was a stunning queen known as the Light of Lights, the Moon of Moons, the Light of Thousand MoonsQueen Azshara.

Her magnificent palace was built right beside the Well of Eternity, a true lakeside villa estate with the best view and the closest connection to the Well's magical energy.

With the queen's palace at its center, a majestic city was rising.

The eternal capital of the Night Elves: Eldorei.

Meanwhile, some Night Elves underwent another mutation. They developed cultural traditions distinct from their ordinary kin and condensed many Arcane energy rune tattoos onto their bodies.

They were masters of Arcane power, made immensely powerful by the Well of Eternity's endless magic.

They formed a special elite noble class: the Highborne.

The Highborne primarily served Queen Azshara, acting as her Court Archmages and forming a terrifying high-end military force.

Not far from the Well of Eternity and the capital Eldorei, the Highborne built a smaller city for themselves: Suramar.

Suramar was open only to the Highborne. Everyone who lived there was a powerful archmage, allowing them to avoid interference from the common Night Elf populace and focus on the study of magic and a life of luxury.

The Sunstrider family ruled the entire Highborne class. Their patriarch, Dath'Remar Sunstrider, had long served as Queen Azshara's Court Archmage, wielding immense power.

Because he had to stay in the capital Eldorei to serve the queen, the day-to-day affairs of Suramar City were handled jointly by the Sunstrider family council.

In Suramar's largest library, an ordinary Highborne magic apprentice was currently working as a librarian, while tirelessly exploring this vast treasure trove.

Her name was Elisande.
