South Seas, Broken Isles, Stormheim.
The Allied forces brothers had suffered a minor setback here, leaving them rather bedraggled.
It began when they discovered that the Storm Dragon population living in this region had great potential for military development. If they could get hold of some Dragon Eggs and tame them, their armies could gain a unique and powerful dragon cavalry in the future. Wouldn't that be wonderful?
After all, legally obtained Dragon Eggs were hard to come by these days. Wyrmrest Temple kept a close watch on them. Anyone caught privately trading or smuggling Dragon Eggs would be incinerated on the spot, no trial needed.
So they could only turn their attention to dragon breeds such as Proto-Dragons and Storm Dragons, which were not among Wyrmrest Temple's five-colored Dragons. It was still a roundabout solution.

No one could say whether it had been a profit or a loss, but the Allied forces from top to bottom were thoroughly unhappy about it.
And since they were unhappy, they went and took it out on the nearby Vrykul.
After a few rounds of that, the situation in Stormheim became one where the Allied forces relentlessly beat the Vrykul, burned their villages, killed their people, and finally seized their land. They were worse than bandits.
