Immediately afterward, the pet beast egg cracked apart completely.
A snake-like pet beast about thirty centimeters long crawled out of the egg. It had a protrusion on its head, a dark purple body with yellow markings, a white belly, and a pair of glossy black eyes.
It peered outside through the Protection Device, then fixed its gaze on Qiao Sang.
Little Thunder Dragon opened its mouth and tried to make a sound.

However, the Protection Device seemed to be quite soundproof. Qiao Sang heard nothing and continued sleeping peacefully.

When its face had turned red from the effort, a yellow bolt of lightning burst outward from its body.

Then, as though it had thought of something, it raised its head, suddenly leaped up, and rammed upward with all its strength. The lid of the Protection Device flew open at once.
Little Thunder Dragon looked delighted. It jumped again with all its strength and landed on the bed beside it.
It wriggled over to Qiao Sang, curled up tightly against her, and closed its eyes.
About ten seconds later, Little Thunder Dragon seemed to sense that something was off. It opened its eyes, swept its gaze around the room, and finally settled on Fang Fang.
It wriggled over to Fang Fang and lay down against its warm fur.
"Thunder..."
Feeling the warmth and softness beside it, Little Thunder Dragon wore a contented expression and closed its eyes.
Gang Bao opened its eyes, glanced in Fang Fang's direction, then at its sleeping Beastmaster. In the end, it chose not to disturb anyone and closed its eyes
