In order to consume the Dull Skill Stone, Gang Bao had specifically spent time learning Abyss Bite and even trained it to the Profound Meaning level. Yet it had not awakened even a single intermediate defensive skill.

As thoughts flashed through her mind, Gang Bao cried out, indicating that it was fine. It had at least learned Abyss Bite, and this evolution had awakened two Super-Level Skills. It was already very satisfied.
True, one of those two Super-Level Skills was Absolute Defense. Even if Gang Bao had awakened a new defensive skill by consuming the Dull Skill Stone, its defense could not possibly surpass that move... It seemed that none of its trait levels had changed because of its complete evolution. Bond Power was still S-rank... Then again, S-rank was already the highest trait level. Gang Bao's Bond Power even displayed (MAX) after it, so there was no room for improvement. Did that mean Gang Bao's next evolutionary path would not rely on Bond Power?
