On the plane flying to Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Seifer and Andy handed the information they had gathered to Lake.
Lake took the documents and glanced at them. They were all photographs with long histories. Their dates spanned from around the year cameras were first invented all the way to this year.
But...
Lake looked at Seifer and Andy curiously, a trace of confusion in his eyes. "Weren't you looking for the Origin Land? How did you suddenly shift your attention here?"
He had wanted Midgard to investigate whether this so-called Jesus existed, but Lake had only asked the Red Queen to look into it in secret. After all, Seifer and Andy had more important matters to deal with.
Seifer and Andy exchanged a glance before looking at Lake. "Perhaps we can find clues about the Origin Land through this Jesus. A targeted search is still better than searching blindly, right?"
They had been looking for the Origin Land for so long that they had nearly gone through every historical record left behind by the Mayans. They had even sought help from the library in Atlantis. In the end, all they could conclude was that there was a sixty percent chance the Origin Land existed, but they had no clues whatsoever.
The only clue was that, according to a historical book in Atlantis's library and Tethys's translation, after Atlantis sank back then, a group of Midgardians had refused to become merfolk. They had therefore taken a ship and left alone for the north.
