Basically, at the beginning of every year, Mr. President faced a whole crowd of congressional bigwigs and explained his work from the previous year, as well as his plans for the current year.
From a certain perspective, this undoubtedly proved once again that the Federal President was nothing more than a high-end, prestigious wage slave.
After all, had you ever seen a private business owner write a summary report?

Originally, according to plan, this year's work report should have been completed in January.
