These bullets were no different from ordinary bullets. If they struck an ordinary person, they would not extract their soul. They had been specifically developed to target the Infinite race.
Once one of these bullets hit a member of the Infinite race, their soul, which would normally flee to reincarnate the moment their body died, would be sucked into the bullet. Then, through the equipment connected to the bullet, the soul would be directly collected into the device.

The soul would be brought before a Midgardian court. There, based on the crimes the person had committed, it would be placed in a chip and sent to the Eternal Tomb to serve its sentence.
Once the sentence was complete, the chip containing the soul would be destroyed, allowing the soul to reincarnate once more.
