• Yun Heng pursued Night Terror with the Heaven Sword Art as Youhai fled toward Master Beiku.

• Yun Sheng regrouped with Yun Heng, Li Guitang, and Boris after escaping Master Beiku’s trap, and the fighters recovered while Eternal Night questioned Master Beiku.

After Li Wei’s intervention turned the battle outside in humanity’s favor, Yun Sheng confronted Eternal Night and Master Beiku inside the passage. He summoned three avatars and trapped them in a counterfeit Slay Immortal Sword Array, while Master Beiku called out to Zhang Heming for their next move.

• Zhang Luye returned to the passage to suppress its rampaging energy as the human high-rankers resumed fighting the Abyss forces outside.

• Zhang Heming emerged from the Abyss, and Zhang Luye tearfully recognized him as alive after thirty years.

The Martial Ancestor spoke with Black in the depths of the abyss and collected a golden orb before leaving. Black then sensed a great calamity and fled deeper into the abyss.

• Black asked whether the Martial Ancestor planned to act, and the Martial Ancestor refused.
• Black mocked the Martial Ancestor and guessed at his identity, then said he thought he had figured out who Heaven was.
• Black identified part of Heaven as the old god, but the Martial Ancestor stayed silent.
• Black sensed changes in the Martial Ancestor and offered to void their wager if he killed Evernight and Master Beiku.
• The Martial Ancestor asked Black to hand over a golden orb, took it, and vanished after warning Black not to meddle.
• Black sensed a great calamity, then the darkness enveloped the golden radiance and fled deeper into the abyss.

Li Wei remained unconscious and impossible to move as soldiers and martial artists struggled to defend her position at Target Point 1. With the battle worsening across the front, Liu Songming refused Zhou Dingguo’s request for reinforcements and ordered him to hold the line.

• Three Mountain Demon—Modified mecha and the Dragon Tooth Bunkers defended Li Wei while soldiers tried to build temporary fortifications under relentless monster attacks.
• Zhong Li and the Sixth Order colonel failed to move Li Wei because she seemed incorporeal, so Qin Lan and Zheng Ye stayed beside her while the others returned to carry ammunition.
• Zhong Li joined the defenders, and soldiers filled the gaps left by fallen comrades to protect Li Wei with their lives.
• Yao Yanzhou and Wei Chen fought two wounded Eighth Order Abyssal creatures while Yao’s earlier attack drove off a Seventh Order enemy.

Zheng Ye and Qin Lan fought to hold the damaged defensive line against the Sea Urchins until silver-armored knights arrived and secured it. As medics treated the wounded, Zhang Luye emerged from the Abyss passage and launched a furious, seemingly suicidal assault on Zhang Heming high above Blue Star.

• Zheng Ye found the tri-box mechs wrecked and the defensive line failing as Sea Urchins broke through the barrage.
• Zheng Ye and Qin Lan fought the monsters, but Qin Lan was impaled by spikes and Zheng Ye was overwhelmed by the swarm.
• Silver-armored knights descended, blocked the attacks, and countercharged the monster tide.
• Zheng Ye awoke among the wounded and learned the defensive line was secure and Li Wei was unharmed.
• Zhang Luye burst from the Abyss passage and collided with Zhang Heming, unleashing a shockwave across Blue Star.

Zhang Luye fought Zhang Heming to protect Li Wei, but his strength and life were nearly spent. As he fell, Gu Litong and Jiang Xinyue both set out toward the northwest, and Jiang Xinyue broke through to a new realm.

• Zhang Heming overpowered Zhang Luye and tried to persuade him to submit to the abyss, but Zhang Luye continued fighting for what he believed was right.
• The battlefield’s shock waves forced both armies into underground fortifications, leaving Li Wei alone on the scorched earth, still suspended above the collapsed ground.

• Zhang Heming claimed Gu Xunzhang had caused his wounds and confessed that he had used dreams to turn Zhang Luye against the Gu Family.

A miraculous sea of white lotuses spread from Xifeng Pass, healing the wounded and reviving the dead as spring returned across the Western Territory. Li Wei awoke in a phoenix robe and crushed the fleeing Zhang Heming with a giant hand.

• Zheng Ye learned that Zhong Li and Qin Lan had been declared dead, and he tried to crawl back to them instead of evacuating.
• White lotus flowers bloomed through the Dragon Tooth Bunker tunnel, regrowing Zheng Ye’s arm and reviving Zhong Li, Qin Lan, and other casualties.

Li Wei entered the Abyss Passage after restoring her family and learned that two beings Above Ninth Order waited inside. She spent nearly all her Abyss Essence upgrading newly named swords and a formation diagram, and the passage began to mend as Evernight and the others watched in dread.

• Li Wei flew into the shattered passage, stopped Zhang Luye from following, and checked her system panel as she considered the threat of beings Above Ninth Order.
• Four lights from the lotus beside Jiang Xinyue became broken swords and an incomplete formation diagram that entered Li Wei's system inventory.
• Li Wei named the items the Slaughter Immortal Formation Diagram and four swords, then spent 25e Abyss Essence upgrading them.
• Evernight and Master Beiku halted their attack on the exhausted Yun Sheng as the passage entrance began to heal and space smoothed over.

• Li Wei’s sacred radiance burned away the Dusk, Ghost Mountain, the Ghost Lord, and the Night Terror, while Eternal Night fled into the abyss.
• Yun Heng realized Jiang Xue was Li Wei and felt overwhelming regret as she passed him; Yun Sheng respectfully called her Aunt.

• Li Wei prepared to kill Beiku and Yongye, but Beiku warned that their deaths and mad resurrections could threaten humanity.
• Beiku and Youhai shed their Abyss-powered forms, revealing Ksitigarbha and Diting, while Li Wei gained nearly 3.9 billion Essence.

• In the ruined Moon Palace side hall, Gu Jinzhi reread Li Wei’s note and told Min Zimo he wanted to find her rather than wait for her.
• At the November 7 memorial, Gu Jinzhi and Li Cheng watched as Xiao Yilan presided over Li Wei’s burial, while Zhang Luye tossed his barbecue restaurant card into the coffin.
