The pit dug by this gang of criminals was two meters deep. They threw the fishermen into it, and they immediately hit the ground hard, pain wracking their bodies as they cried out in agony.
"You bunch of bastards will suffer retribution."
"Hahaha... Then let retribution come even more fiercely."
The criminals were utterly brazen, while the two fishermen's eyes were filled with despair.
"All right, everyone, stop playing around. Hurry up and fill the pit back in." someone shouted.
A group of people began shoveling the excavated soil back into the pit. Knowing they were certain to die, the desperate fishermen could do nothing but curse incessantly.
In less than half a minute, the soil in the pit had risen above the two fishermen's chests.
"I'm sorry. If I hadn't brought you here fishing today, this wouldn't have happened."
"Don't blame yourself. I decided to come myself..."
The two fishermen were pressed by the soil and were quickly running out of breath.
"Pick up the pace. Don't keep Big Brother waiting too long..."
The criminals increased the speed at which they filled the pit. The two fishermen raised their heads, gulping in huge breaths as if they were fish out of water, their faces filled with pain.
"How is there someone floating in the sky? Am I hallucinating?"
"It doesn't look like a hallucination. I see it too."
As the two fishermen hovered on the brink of death, they saw a figure floating in the sky and subconsciously muttered to themselves.
The criminals filling the pit heard what the fishermen said and immediately let out a mocking laugh.
"These two are hilarious."
"When people are about to die, hallucinating is normal..."
