The crystal-clear sky was like a dazzling blue gem, and the warm sunlight poured down its radiance without reservation, leaping freely through the streets and alleys.
Stepping into the tranquil park, a scene of shimmering lake waters instantly met the eye.
The clear lake was like a gigantic piece of glazed glass. As a breeze swept across it, layer upon layer of ripples spread across the surface, glittering in the sunlight and refreshing the spirit.
As the seasons changed, nature quietly dressed the park in autumn attire.
The temperature had been dropping day by day. The many trees in the park seemed to have lost their vitality, their emerald leaves gradually turning yellow and rustling down, resembling golden butterflies dancing gracefully through the air.
Many branches had grown sparse. Their former lushness was gone, leaving behind only desolation.
Along the lakeshore, fallen leaves drifted into the water like lightweight little boats, slowly floating outward with the murmuring waves.
With a tremendous splash, like a pebble thrown into a tranquil lake, the surrounding silence was shattered in an instant. Water sprayed high into the air as a black figure plunged into the water.
In the blink of an eye, the figure surfaced again. Water streamed continuously from its soaked head along its fur. It happily called out to its companion on the shore, its voice echoing across the lake.
On the shore, Little White Cat was light on its feet, its fur soft as pure white snowflakes. It sat there elegantly, watching Little Black Cat leap into the water to swim, then frowned and called out in concern.
